Key responsibilities

Design and implement training modules across departments (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, etc.).

Conduct skill assessments and feedback sessions; collaborate with department heads on learning paths.

Champion wellness-centric service philosophies; monitor training effectiveness and refine programmes.

Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Experience — Prior experience in training roles within luxury resorts or wellness hospitality; strong understanding of adult learning principles and experiential training methods.
