Mr. Kumar’s illustrious career spans renowned hotel brands such as Sheraton Hyderabad, The Westin Pune, The Westin Chennai, and Novotel Airport Hyderabad. In his last assignment Amit worked with Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre as Banquet Manager. Throughout his journey, he has led dynamic teams, orchestrated high-profile events, and implemented systems that enhance both operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

At Mercure Hyderabad KCP, Mr. Kumar will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, including the hotel’s popular outlets, banquets, and in-room dining. His focus will be on driving innovation, elevating service standards, and crafting memorable culinary experiences that reflect the spirit of the Mercure brand.

A graduate of IHM Guwahati, with a B.Sc. in Hotel and Hospitality Administration, Nandan’s career spans leadership roles at esteemed properties including ITC Maratha Hotel, The Deltin Daman, and Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport. His expertise lies in elevating guest experiences through meticulous service, operational efficiency, and a guest-centric approach. Nandan’s hands-on leadership and passion for culinary excellence have been key to his success in enhancing dining environments and driving team performance.

In his new role at The Fern Goregaon, Nandan will oversee the hotel’s renowned dining establishments, Alfresco and Fleur, while also preparing for the exciting launch of the rooftop Lebanese restaurant. He will focus on refining service standards, introducing innovative culinary concepts, and ensuring every guest experience is distinguished by excellence.

Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated talent in property positioning and the planning and execution of creative food and beverage campaigns. Over the years, the visionary has even  fine-tuned his skill set, which ranges from team leadership, operations management, and strong communication to banquet and catering sales, upselling, and guest experience.

In his current role at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, Nikhil will provide strategic leadership to the F&B operations, focusing on maximizing revenue, introducing innovative concepts, and enhancing the overall dining experience for guests. His responsibilities also include ensuring synergy between departments and maintaining the highest standards of guest service.
