In her new role, Shaoni will be responsible for developing and executing innovative  marketing and communication strategies to strengthen the hotel’s positioning, drive guest  engagement, and further enhance its reputation as one of the most sought-after leisure destinations  in Mahabaleshwar. 

Shaoni brings with her over four years of diverse experience in marketing and communications across  the hospitality and lifestyle sectors. Most recently associated with Zing Restaurants Pvt. Ltd., she  successfully led 360-degree marketing campaigns, managed in-outlet events, spearheaded influencer  collaborations, and drove performance marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms. Prior to  that, she worked with Bari Kothi Heritage Boutique Hotel and other notable lifestyle brands, where  she honed her skills in content marketing, brand collaborations, e-commerce marketing, and social  media storytelling. 

Her career highlights include conceptualising and executing high-impact digital campaigns, designing  brand strategies for boutique hospitality ventures, and collaborating with influencers to expand  audience reach. With hands-on expertise in SEO/SEM, performance marketing, website management,  and omnichannel campaigns, she has consistently translated insights into bold ideas that boost  visibility, bookings, and guest loyalty.

A graduate in Hospitality Management from IMS Unison University, Dehradun (2022), Rhythm completed her schooling at Doon International School, Dehradun, and Convent of Jesus and Mary, Waverley, Mussoorie. She brings with her a strong skill set in influencer marketing, PR, event management, social media strategy, and creative direction, coupled with proven communication and problem-solving expertise.
