Cheval Collection in Dubai names John Raffoul as cluster general manager

John Raffoul is to lead Cheval Collection in Dubai, as the new cluster general manager for Cheval Maison The Palm and Cheval Maison Expo City.
Raffoul joins the two serviced hotel apartment properties in Dubai with more than 23 years’ experience in the hospitality sector in the Middle East.
He was previously general manager at Cheval Maison The Palm, which opened in 2023. A major refurbishment to the property is nearing completion.
Cheval Maison Expo City opened in 2024 and the two properties have 282 keys between them. The pet-friendly properties are home to one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with kitchens. There is a rooftop pool and a gym at both properties.
Two luxury serviced apartment complexes from the Cheval Collection are currently being built in Riyadh, while Cheval Residences Dubai Islands is the company’s first branded residences.
