 Having been an integral part of the property since 2024 as Assistant Manager – Marketing & Communications, Shawali has played a pivotal role in strengthening brand visibility and delivering high-impact campaigns across digital and on-ground platforms. Over the past 1.5 years, she has successfully led integrated marketing initiatives for the hotel’s 398 rooms and its diverse portfolio of dining destinations, including Mosaic, Spice Art, Chao Bella, BBC, and Mosaic Pastry Lounge.

 In her new role, Shawali will spearhead the overall marketing strategy, leveraging her expertise in digital ecosystems, brand storytelling, and performance-driven campaigns. She has been instrumental in managing key IHG platforms such as Boost, Merlin, Medallia, Brand Warehouse, and Concerto, while also leading social media strategy, influencer collaborations, PR outreach, and content development aligned with global brand standards.

With over nine years of experience spanning hospitality and media, Shawali brings a distinctive blend of editorial expertise and marketing insight. Prior to joining Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, she held key roles with leading media organizations including Times Network, Network18 Media & Investments Limited, and The Times of India, where she specialized in social media strategy, content optimization, and audience engagement. Her hospitality experience includes her tenure with The Oberoi Group, where she supported marketing and communications for both The Oberoi Gurgaon and Trident Gurgaon, contributing to integrated marketing activations, campaign planning, and brand storytelling across the two properties.

 Shawali began her career with iDiva, part of Times Internet, where she built a strong foundation in digital content, social media strategy, and audience growth.

 An alumna of Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication and Patna Women's College, Shawali holds a Master’s degree in Electronic Media and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication. Prior to joining Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, he was associated with Hyatt Regency Lucknow as Director of Sales & Marketing, where he played a significant role in driving commercial and operational success while strengthening the hotel's market positioning.

Nisshant began his hospitality journey as Team Leader – Rooms Division at Shangri-La Hotel, New Delhi and has since built an impressive career across several renowned hospitality brands. Over the years, he has contributed to the growth and success of prominent organizations including The Qutab Hotel New Delhi, Hilton Hotel, Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini, The Leela Gurugram, The Westin Resort and Spa, Radisson Blu New Delhi Dwarka, Pride Plaza Aerocity, and The Soaltee Kathmandu.

Prior to joining Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, she was associated with Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park as Director of Sales, where she played a crucial role in driving commercial success and strengthening the brand’s market presence.

She began her career as a Hotel Operations Management Trainee at Taj Coromandel, Chennai, and has since developed an impressive professional journey across leading hospitality brands and organizations.

Throughout her career, Rashmi has contributed to the success of several prestigious establishments including Goa Marriott Resort, India Habitat Centre, Novotel Hyderabad International Convention Centre, KW Conferences Pvt. Ltd., and Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty along with Lulu Bolgatty International Convention Centre.

Dinesh Maan has joined Fairmont Jaipur, India’s first outpost of the luxurious global hotel chain, as the new Director of F&B. With over 14 years of professional expertise in the hospitality industry, he is a multi-faceted director who will look after the F&B operations across 5 restaurants and bars at the luxury property. His role also includes forecasting F&B trends, menu planning, and food and beverage revenue. 

Graduate in Bachelor of Hospitality Management from the National Institute of Hotel Management Dehradun, he has spearheaded the management and launch of multiple, multi-cuisine and specialty restaurants.
