Outside of work, he is passionate about traveling, exploring new culinary trends, and mentoring the next generation of hoteliers, bringing a holistic balance of professional excellence and personal passion to his role.

Mohit Bhargava has been elevated to the post of Food and Beverage Manager at Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar. Having an experience of over 12 years, Mohit had joined as Restaurant General Manager in 2022 and has worked with Mohit has worked with some of the top hotel groups, including The Oberoi, The Lalit and Marriott Hotels. Mohit has been an exceptional leader during his tenure at IHG, consistently demonstrating his commitment to driving quality and excellence.

He has an excellent understanding of operations, guest servicing, quality compliance, beverage management & people management. His main responsibilities will include increasing F&B revenues and implementing new & exciting engagements at the hotel. He is a team player and has leadership qualities that add to his strengths.

His exceptional experience in the F&B industry makes him a master in his domain.
