A seasoned hospitality professional with nearly 18 years of experience, Sourav has worked with leading global brands including Conrad, Hilton, and Hyatt. At Sheraton Hyderabad, he is known for his detail-oriented approach and people-first leadership style, contributing to enhanced guest experiences and strong team engagement.

In his new role, Sourav will oversee the strategic and operational direction of the hotel’s F&B division, including its signature dining venues such as Feast and Zega, along with banqueting, in-room dining, and Marriott Bonvoy on Wheels. His focus will be on driving consistency in service standards, strengthening guest experiences, and supporting sustainable business growth.

Hyderabad, India, January 2026: Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel is pleased to announce the promotion of RaviTeja Yenumula to Director of Sales and Marketing. In this enhanced role, Mr. Yenumula will lead the hotel’s comprehensive commercial strategy, with a focus on driving revenue growth through innovative sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives.

With over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in commercial success and MICE, Mr. Yenumula has a proven track record in managing MICE, corporate, and airport hotels. He joined Sheraton in June 2024 as Director of Sales, where he successfully improved top-line performance through proactive sales strategies, reservations optimization, and in-depth market analysis.

Prior to joining Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel and Marriott International, Mr. Yenumula served as Director of Sales at Accor from January 2023 to June 2024, during which he completed the esteemed Global Leadership Programme -- Professional Leaders category. His career also includes significant roles at The Oberoi Group and various leadership positions at Accor.
