Tamer Faiad joins Kerten Hospitality as cluster director of finance

Tamer Faiad's appointment as cluster director of finance at Kerten Hospitality highlights his 15 years of expertise in hotel finance and operations, crucial for the firm’s strategic growth in Saudi Arabia

Tamer Faiad joins Kerten Hospitality as cluster director of finance, bringing 15 years of progressive experience in hospitality finance, financial leadership and hotel operations across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.

Throughout his career, Faiad has held senior finance leadership roles with internationally recognised hospitality brands and major giga-projects in KSA.

Faiad’s expertise spans hotel operations, pre-openings, financial planning and analysis, governance, internal controls, compliance, business partnering, and finance transformation. Most recently, he served as cluster finance operations manager at Hilton NEOM Community.

During his time with Hilton, Faiad successfully led multiple hotel pre-openings, international task force assignments and finance transformation initiatives. His contributions were recognised with the Finance Leader of the Year award, reflecting his commitment to operational excellence, leadership and delivering commercial value through finance.

Prior to Hilton, Faiad held corporate finance leadership roles with Tabuk Investment & Tourism Co., supporting hospitality and facilities management projects for the Royal Commission for AlUla and NEOM.

In his new role as cluster director of finance at Kerten Hospitality, Faiad will oversee the financial strategy and performance of Cloud7 Residence AlUla and Dar Tantora The House Hotel.
