The Leela Gandhinagar has appointed Abhishek Singh as Director of Operations

bringing over 16 years of hospitality experience to strengthen operations and elevate guest experiences at the luxury property.

Marriott’s Sheraton Grand Bengaluru recently welcomed Elton Hurtis as General Manager, and now The Leela Gandhinagar has made a strategic leadership addition with Abhishek Singh stepping in as Director of Operations.

Abhishek Singh’s career spans more than 16 years in the hospitality industry, with a strong track record in operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Prior to this appointment, he served as Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms at The Leela Mumbai, where he drove efficiency and enhanced guest experiences. His journey within The Leela group also includes leadership roles at The Leela Palace Udaipur, overseeing front office operations, housekeeping, wellness, and guest experience design.

Known for his hands-on leadership style and people-centric approach, Singh has consistently built high-performing teams while maintaining strong service benchmarks. His achievements include being named Front Office Manager of the Year by BW Hotelier in 2021 and sustaining industry-leading guest satisfaction scores.

An alumnus of IHM Ahmedabad, Singh is certified in the LEAD Program, a Train The Trainer professional, and serves as an LLDP Taskforce Interviewer, highlighting his expertise in talent development and operational leadership.
