Hilton Mumbai International Airport Hosts a Children's Day Chocolate Masterclass for Little Chefs

Hilton Mumbai International Airport is marking Children's Day with a hands-on Chocolate Masterclass for young cooks on 15 November 2026. Hosted by Sameer Khot, Pastry Chef at the hotel, the 90-minute session is open to children between the ages of 7 and 14.

Khot will guide participants through the basics of chocolate-making, introducing techniques such as melting and tempering. The session features live demonstrations of chocolate truffles, chocolate rocks, pralines and chocolate slabs, followed by a hands-on segment in which children create their own chocolate treats at individual workstations.

Each child will don their own chef's hat and apron. The afternoon includes welcome drinks for children and parents, followed by Sunday brunch at Brasserie for every participating child. Each young chef will take home a special gift and have access to the hotel's kids' play area.
