Roswyn, A Morgans Originals Hotel Debuts in Mumbai

Roswyn, a Morgans Originals hotel, has officially debuted in Mumbai, marking Ennismore’s first Morgans Originals property in India. Located near Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, the hotel introduces a lifestyle-led hospitality concept with 109 spacious suites, distinctive design, and curated dining and wellness experiences.

Mumbai, 2026 – Ennismore, in partnership with Accor, has announced the opening of Roswyn, India’s first Morgans Originals hotel, located adjacent to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. The launch marks a significant milestone in bringing globally relevant, lifestyle-led hospitality to India.

Roswyn offers 109 suites, each starting at 80 sq. m, designed as living spaces with lounge areas, kitchenettes, home bars, and dedicated study corners. The property is crafted to reflect the rhythm of city life, blending convenience with cultural character. Paris-based designer Daphné Desjeux has infused Mumbai-inspired elements into the interiors, including embroidered portraits, “Bombay”-marked ceramic plates, and shoreline-inspired photography.

Food and beverage form the heart of Roswyn’s experience. Fi’lia, the hotel’s Italian restaurant, serves Neapolitan-style pizzas, hand-rolled pastas, and seasonal menus rooted in generational traditions. Black Lacquer, a Japanese listening bar, celebrates vinyl music culture, offering sake, shochu, highballs, and signature cocktails in a setting that transitions from intimate conversations to vibrant nightlife. The hotel also features The Third Room, a social workspace for meetings, networking, and informal gatherings.

Lifestyle and wellness facilities include a Technogym-powered fitness centre, infinity pool, Tiny Town children’s zone, and Blu Xone, a longevity-focused wellness concept introduced for the first time in India.
