At the heart of the brunch, the Sushi Bar takes centre stage with signature creations such as the KOKO Signature Roll and the indulgent Salmon Harasu Roll, alongside an array of flavour-forward maki and tempura rolls crafted with a balance of texture and finesse.

A key highlight of the brunch is the Dim Sum Trolley, featuring an indulgent selection of handcrafted dumplings such as the Truffle, Water Chestnut & Sweet Pea Dumpling, Spicy Poached Dumpling, Chicken Longhai Dumpling, and the classic Prawn & Chive Dumpling. Complementing this is the Dim Sum Basket selection with favourites like Basket Cheung Fun with Vegetables & Lotus Root, Zhai Bao, Prawn Basket Cheung Fun, and Spicy Chicken Bao. The experience continues with live, chef-led elements including the Noodle & Wonton section, showcasing preparations such as Dan Dan Yu La Mian and Hong Yu Wonton, adding warmth and depth to the meal.

For those looking to indulge further, the menu offers hearty favourites such as Kung Pao Prawns, Exotic Vegetables with Lantern Sauce, and the fragrant South East Asian Red Curry, alongside vegetarian highlights like Broccoli Creamy Planta, complemented by staples including Butter Garlic Fried Rice and Hong Kong Soy Noodles. The experience concludes on a sweet note with desserts such as Mango Cheesecake and Hazelnut Crunch Fingers, ensuring a perfectly balanced finish.
