JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar appoints Dr Nisarga V M as Wellness Manager

Dr Nisarga V M will oversee Spa by JW operations, wellness programming and guest experience at the hotel.

JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, known as the “Gateway to Mumbai,” announces the appointment of Dr Nisarga V M as its new Wellness Manager. Renowned for its bespoke therapies and immersive wellness experiences, Spa by JW is designed around the brand’s four signature pillars: Calm, Nourish, Balance and Renew, creating personalised journeys that help guests restore balance, rejuvenate the mind and body, and embrace holistic well-being.

Role and responsibilities

In her new role, Dr Nisarga will lead the operations of Spa by JW, overseeing wellness programming, spa operations, guest experience, and team development. She will play a pivotal role in enhancing the hotel’s spa offerings by delivering personalised experiences rooted in the core pillars: Calm, Nourish, Balance and Renew.

Professional experience

Dr Nisarga brings over five years of experience in luxury spa and wellness operations across leading hospitality brands, including IHCL (Taj Hotels). Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions at Taj Alibag Resort & Spa, Taj Theog Resort & Spa, Taj Devi Ratn, Jaipur, where she was a part of the pre-opening team, and Golden Palms Resort & Spa, Bengaluru. Across these roles, she has successfully led operational excellence, wellness programming, and high-performing teams while consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences.
