Chef Roberto’s culinary story began in his grandmother’s kitchen, where his love for food first took shape. Originally from Naples, Italy, he honed his skills at AMLA - The National Academy of Italian Cuisine, deepening his understanding of Italian and international gastronomy. His passion for authentic flavors took him across Italy, China, France, Montecarlo, Qatar, and now, India.
Experience with Culinary Masters
Before arriving in India, Chef Roberto made a mark at prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide. His career includes working alongside renowned chefs such as Peppe Aversa of Ristorante Il Buco and Marco Bistarelli of Ristorante Il Postale in Perugia, both trained under Maestro Gualtiero Marchesi, the pioneer of modern Italian cuisine.
