Conrad Pune, the flagship luxury hotel for Hilton Worldwide, welcomes Ramandeep Singh Kapur as the new Director of Operations. With an illustrious 16-year career in luxury hospitality, Ramandeep brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.

Ramandeep Singh Kapur is a seasoned professional with a distinguished career that includes pivotal roles at prestigious establishments such as Hyatt Hotels, Marriott International, DLF Super Luxury real estate developer, and the Oberoi Group. His extensive expertise spans leading teams in world-class business hotels, luxury real estate, and resort properties.

His most recent success was as the Operations Manager at Plaza Premium Lounge, Heathrow Airport, London, since January 2023. In this capacity, he demonstrated his ability to oversee operations in a high-paced international airport environment, ensuring top-tier services. Before that, Ramandeep served as the Director of Operations at Hyatt, Andaz, Delhi, from January 2022 to November 2022, where he played a pivotal role in shaping business strategies, driving revenue, and managing various phases of hotel operations in a competitive market.
