With over 17 years of experience in prestigious hospitality brands such as Marsa Malaz Kempinski, Renaissance Hotels, and Hilton, Mohit brings a wealth of expertise in culinary arts, kitchen management, and guest experience. A graduate of IHM Aurangabad, he has earned accolades like ‘Best Manager of the Year’ (2019, Fairfield by Marriott Goa Anjuna) and represented Indian cuisine internationally.
Before this, Mohit was Head Chef at Marsa Malaz Kempinski, Doha, and played key roles in pre-opening projects for Marriott and Hilton properties. He excels in quality control, operational efficiency, and mentoring future culinary talent. At JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, Mohit will lead the culinary team to elevate dining experiences across venues with his innovative and guest-focused approach.
