Seoul Dak Unveils a New Menu of Cheesy Korean Fried Chicken, Signature Burgers and Sweet Treats

Seoul Dak is giving its Korean fried chicken favourites a fresh twist with a new menu that brings together crispy chicken, flavour-packed sauces, a hearty burger and indulgent desserts. Whether it is a casual meal with friends or a stop to satisfy a craving, the new additions offer plenty of reasons to drop by and discover a new favourite.

At the heart of the menu is Seoul Dak’s signature Dak, known for its crispy exterior and juicy centre. The new Snowy Cheese variant adds a savoury cheese powder coating, while Cream n Onion brings a rich, creamy cheese sauce balanced with savoury onion flavours. For those who enjoy a little heat, Chilli Cream n Onion adds a hint of green chilli to the cheesy, creamy sauce. Available with the signature Dak and boneless bites, these flavours let diners choose between a cheesy finish, a creamy dip or a slightly spicy kick. The boneless bites, served alongside crispy wedges, make for an easy choice to share.

The Seoul Signature Burger adds another satisfying option featuring a crispy Korean fried chicken patty tucked into soft burger buns and layered with spicy and cheesy sauces. Each bite brings together crunch, creaminess and a touch of heat. While Korean-style burgers in India often feature Indian-inspired spices, Seoul Dak’s Seoul Signature Burger stays true to Korean flavours.

The menu also saves room for something sweet. The Hotteok, a traditional Korean sweet pancake, features a warm caramel, nut and cinnamon filling wrapped in a golden crust that is crisp outside and soft and chewy within. At the Oshiwara outlet, diners can also try the Choco S’more K-Waffle, a crispy chocolate waffle filled with gooey marshmallow and melted chocolate. Breaking it open reveals a tempting mix of textures and rich chocolate flavour.

With new flavours to explore, familiar Korean fried chicken favourites and sweet treats to finish the meal, Seoul Dak’s latest menu brings variety to the table. Whether diners prefer cheesy bites, a spicy sauce or a chocolate-filled dessert, there is something new to try on their next visit.
