The ten-day festival will run from May 8 to May 17, 2026, at Blue Lotus Restaurant, exclusively during the dinner session, inviting guests to experience the grandeur of Old Delhi street food, Mughlai cuisine, and the vibrant food culture of India's capital, all under one roof in the heart of Kolhapur.

At the heart of the experience is a specially curated festival menu showcasing the true essence of Delhi's culinary legacy. Highlights include the timeless Butter Chicken, smoky Seekh Kebabs, succulent Afghani Chicken Tikka, flavour-packed Paneer Tikka Lahori, the iconic Dal Makhani, and indulgent desserts, alongside a wide variety of North Indian, Mughlai, and street-style specialties, each prepared to deliver an authentic Delhi dining experience.

Delhi Dawaat promises a complete sensory journey. The décor, inspired by the streets and heritage of Delhi, blends traditional and contemporary elements, from Chandni Chowk-style street setups to regal Nawabi accents, creating an atmosphere that is both nostalgic and immersive.
