Editor: Tell us about your journey. How did it all start?

I am a hotel management graduate, My interest in revenue management evolved while I worked as management trainee in my first job. The more I discovered what Revenue Management is exactly about, I got much more interested to know and finally, I decided to study it and pursue a career in it. So basically I chose this job out of my natural interest.

Get organized, be creative and stay focused.

Ambition and long-term potential, I always believe no job is rocket science and skills can be taught. So I hire for attitude.

Smart use of technology and integration of the same with traditional services, Personalized experiences, healthy dining, wellness options, etc.

Editor: Tech is now an enabler for great hospitality. Can you share with us some of the techs that go into creating your guest experience?
