While the exact trajectory may vary, some potential aspects that could define the industry's future could be Personalized Experiences, Seamless Digital Integration, Sustainability and Eco-friendly Practices, Contactless and Hygienic Solutions specially after COVID 19, Emphasis on Wellness and Well-being, Social and Environmental Responsibility, Augmented Human Interactions.

As the principal of a hospitality college, ensuring an engaged, safe, and happy team is crucial for the success of both the college and its students. Some of my secrets that have helped me to create such an environment are Clear Communication, Empowerment and Autonomy, Recognition and Appreciation, Professional Development Opportunities, Work-Life Balance, Team Building Activities, Health and Safety, Clear Goals and Growth Opportunities, Foster Inclusion and Diversity.

By implementing these strategies, I usually foster an engaged, safe, and happy team within college, creating a positive working environment that benefits both my staff and students.

How do you think AI will impact our industry? Specific jobs, processes etc.?

AI is expected to have a significant impact on the hospitality industry in several ways like improved customer service, enhanced guest experience, smart room technology wherein the efficient operations can be performed to give an exemplary guest service.
