Editor: Tell us about your journey. How did it all start? 

After passing out of my Master Degree I started my career with enthusiasm and dreams. As working in Marketing domain I have explored multiple industries and was fortunate enough to get well with chosen industries. Luxury selling is an art and to market the luxury products is associating with luxury products and user behaviour. In the world of digital the guest needs to be read through with their digital behaviours and paramount to be present at those vertical online and offline. 

Editor: What do you think it takes to succeed in this industry?

To be in trend and knowledge about the domain and industry. The guest often are global traveller and has experience of diverse culture. To be known about global trends adds value and builds better understanding of marketing services in appropriate forms. 

Editor: What are the attributes you look for while selecting or hiring? If someone wants to work with you, what should they do?

The knowledge about domain and how much it’s in sync with current marketing scenarios. The makes better connect and great buddy to work for tapping right marketing avenues. 

Editor: What advice would you give to a young, aspiring hotelier for their internship?

This is a guest experience industry and passion towards industry plays big role working here. The industry all about giving lifestyle experience and the passionate one always excel in every department. 

Editor: What is the single factor that got you your promotion?

Consistency in spreading communication with right mediums. The guest engagements though communication is the major benefits. Leading by applying strategies in different cities and learning about cities with growing knowledge about the same. Involving all sorts of marketing in the current framework of requirement. 

Editor: What are some of the trends you see impacting the hospitality industry?

Change in user behaviour because of past pandemic and involving work from home culture. This has given choice to guest order food at home and reducing the travels. Current ordeal of variants has given food for throughout to young individuals for choosing other industry over hospitality. 

Editor: Tech is now an enabler for great hospitality. Can you share with us some of the techs that go into creating your guest experience? 

With tech our avenues for marketing has wide open. The marketing happens by just engaging the guests with entertainment. The more we entertain our guests technologically better the popularity of the brand stands high. On Fingertips guests gets all information quickly with VR experiences and makes our presence in their life easily. 

Editor: Two things you would like to change in the industry.

The barrier between guests and staff. The guest comes to enjoy and experience and staff come here out of passion. The barriers are set behavioral patterns and a less a friendly approach. Strict work time implementation of employees and awareness to this among guests. 

Editor: What is your favorite question for a candidate interview and why?

How much ambitious are they for marketing and communications! Because ambition drives out the innovations, creativity, smartness and desire to do or give their best out of from them.
