Asian cuisine Sous Chef- Ideally someone who has worked in high end stand alone Asian restaurants and 5 star hotels .We need someone with the great skills in wok, dim sums and sushi and knows fine dining in Asian food . what I am looking for is someone who will come and take the product to the next level.
2. Junior Sous Chef Western Cuisine with great skills in fine dining ,banquet set ups and theme breaks.
3.Banquet CDP- Preferably North Indian Chef
4. Dimsum Chef -Commie 1 .
