The Game Palacio, the lifestyle entertainment brand by Prasuk Jain Hospitality, has opened its newest destination at R City Mall, Ghatkopar. The venue brings next-generation gaming, immersive experiences, contemporary dining and cocktails under one roof in Mumbai’s eastern suburbs.

Entertainment floor

At the heart of the space is an entertainment floor with over 70 arcade games and more than 10 immersive experiences. Attractions include a 180-degree Dome Theatre, Laser Tag, Laser Matrix, golf and baseball simulators, tennis and ping pong, a dedicated dart room and an adult ball pit. High-energy games such as Tri Grab, Hot Soccer, Racing Car and Boxing War sit alongside interactive options including Fun Dart, Super Golf, Turbo Nova and Dino Dash.

Food and cocktails

The kitchen focuses on contemporary comfort food and shareable dishes. Menu highlights include Corn Crunch, Onion Rings, Saffron Cheese Paneer Tikka, Parmesan Crumb Chicken and Red Thai Chicken Curry.

The bar programme features signature cocktails such as The Midnight Kiss, The Berry Bramble, The Green Fairy, Palacio Magic and Afternoon Bliss, alongside a tequila-led El Picante selection that includes The OG Picante, The Fire & Fresh and Maracuya La Picante, built around jalapeño, bird’s eye chilli, passionfruit and kaffir lime.

Built for groups

With bowling, arcade gaming, immersive experiences, dining and cocktails in one place, the venue is designed for family days, date nights, celebrations, group outings and corporate gatherings. Prasuk Jain Hospitality plans six or more new outlets in the current financial year as it works towards a national footprint of more than 50 outlets across India.

“We see every new location as an opportunity for us to redefine what entertainment can be. R City is a significant milestone in that journeybringing The Game Palacio into a vibrant, high-potential catchment and introducing new-generation immersive experiences that extend far beyond the traditional arcade. This is about more than opening another location—it’s about bringing our vision to life: creating an ecosystem where entertainment becomes a lifestyle, where people come together to play, celebrate, and connect,” said Prasuk Jain, Founder, Prasuk Jain Hospitality.
