/ITC Hotels has signed a management agreement for Fortune Select Greater Noida, a 105-key hotel that will add to the Fortune brand's growing footprint across the National Capital Region and Uttar Pradesh. The hotel is slated to open early next year.
The property will sit within India Expo Plaza at Knowledge Park II, Greater Noida, the flagship mixed-use development of SVG Realty and Vinayaka Expo Plaza Private Limited. Why Greater Noida
Greater Noida, planned as an extension of NOIDA, has grown into a hub for commerce, education, exhibitions, weddings and social events, helped by ongoing infrastructure work and improving connectivity with Delhi and other centres in the region.
"Greater Noida is a strategic addition to Fortune brand's growing portfolio. It is a high-impact market, driven by growing industrial activity, recurring MICE demand, strong NCR corporate connectivity, and the growth impetus of the Jewar Airport corridor," said Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels Limited.
Ankur Mittal, Chairman and Managing Director, SVG Realty and Vinayaka Expo Plaza Private Limited, said the developer looks forward to "welcoming business, MICE, and leisure travellers to Fortune Select Greater Noida" as the city strengthens its position as a business and commercial hub.
