Known for its rich heritage, bold recipes, and mastery over Thai and Japanese cuisines, Seefah promises an unforgettable gastronomic journey straight from the streets of Bangkok and Tokyo to the heart of Kolkata.

Curated by Chef Seefah Ketchaiyo and Chef Karan Bane, Co-founders of Seefah, the menu features a vibrant mix of traditional street food staples and refined classics. Guests can begin their meal with refreshing salads, aromatic soups, and an array of signature small plates, including crispy appetizers, comforting satays, and delicate dim sum.

Main course enthusiasts can indulge in house-special Thai curries—from aromatic Green and Red Curries to rich Massaman—paired with wok-tossed noodles, fragrant jasmine rice, and flavorful stir-fries. Each dish highlights Seefah’s core philosophy of balancing sweet, sour, salty, and spicy notes using authentic herbs and handpicked ingredients.
