This Father's Day, celebrate over an indulgent and relaxed afternoon of comfort food, regional favourites and family traditions at HyLo, Kala Ghoda. Thoughtfully curated for the occasion, the special Father's Day Brunch brings together nostalgic flavours, interactive stations and festive cocktails for a leisurely celebration with the entire family.

Adding to the occasion, all fathers dine free on a 1+1 basis, making it the perfect opportunity to gather around the table and toast the fathers who deserve it most.

The culinary journey begins with a vibrant chaat and grazing table, featuring favourites such as Tamatar ki Chaat, Golgappe, Tater Tot Aloo Tikki and Dahi Bhalla, alongside a selection of local cheeses, house made breads, compound butters, Congress Peanuts, Aam Papad Chaat and seasonal fruits.

A dedicated breakfast station showcases beloved Indian brunch classics including Kejriwal with chilli cheese toast, Hyderabadi-style Khagina, Kerala Egg Roast on Toast and the nostalgic Railway Breakfast Tray.

The appetisers celebrate HyLo's playful take on regional flavours with dishes such as HyLo Cheese Chilly Toast, Karam Podi Chilly Paneer, Injipuli Mushroom and Mix Green Zucchini Dim Sums with Sichuan Peanut Sauce. Seafood and meat lovers can indulge in Chicken Sekua, Amritsari Fish, Prawn Toast and Chicken Wonton Fried.

The heart of the brunch lies in its comforting mains, where guests can savour Chholey Bhature, Gatta Curry and Mapu Tofu, alongside robust non-vegetarian dishes including Chicken Rezala, Malabar Fish, Mutton Pepper Fry and Chicken in Holy Basil Sauce. The spread is complemented by Brown Butter Fried Rice, Wok-Tossed Noodles and an assortment of Indian breads.

The celebration concludes on a decadent note with a dessert spread featuring house-made Gulab Jamun, Mawa Cake with Vanilla Custard, Aamras Tres Leches, Puran Poli Baklava, Old Monk Tiramisu and Kheer Komola, along with an interactive yoghurt bar complete with granola, berries, nuts and seasonal fruits.

To raise a toast to dads, guests can enjoy festive brunch cocktails including La Vie en Rosé, Aperol Spritz, Hugo Spritz, Strawberry Margarita and Espresso Martini.
