Jaipur’s design-led nightlife destination, Dupion Cocktail Room, will play host to an exclusive, one-night-only bar takeover by Siolim’s acclaimed coastal bar, BoilerMaker Goa.

Known for bridging the energetic, unpretentious buzz of a neighbourhood dive with the soulful preservation of Goa’s beach shack culture, BoilerMaker is travelling inland to bring its signature coastal energy to the Pink City. For one night, the team will be behind the bar at Dupion, shaking up a curated menu defined by fresh pours, clever twists on regional favourites, and unhurried camaraderie.

The takeover will showcase a special lineup of BoilerMaker’s signature concoctions, spotlighting unexpected flavour layering, creative techniques, and their famous interactive hospitality. Guests can look forward to checking out exclusive menu highlights like the vibrant Mango No, the sharp and artistically balanced Picasso Sour, and the high-spirited, punchy Blow Me a Raspberry.
