Crafted as a straightforward celebration of the king of fruits, the menu is designed for those who genuinely look forward to mango season, bringing together bold, refreshing flavours without overcomplication or unnecessary flourishes—just really good mango, in really good drinks, and a dessert that makes the most of summer’s best ingredient.
The cocktail menu features a curated line-up: The Golden Remedy is grape brandy with honey, ginger and mango - the kind of drink you didn't know you needed until it's in your hand. Beach, Please! is a milk-punch with mango, yuzu and passionfruit that somehow tastes exactly like a good summer holiday. Teeny Bikini is light and breezy - a gin cooler with coconut water, lemongrass and galangal that goes down dangerously easy. Melt in Your Mouth is the one to order if you can't decide between a cocktail and dessert - brandy shaken with mango and a house-made toasted jasmine rice coconut milk that is genuinely special. And if you like a little heat with your sweet, Hot Minute has tequila, mango-basil puree, citrus and chilli that builds slowly and very satisfyingly.
And for dessert there is - Mangoes and Vanilla Ice Cream. Hand-cut seasonal fruit, house-made vanilla bean ice cream, fresh cream. No embellishments, no theatrics - just peak-season mango allowed to do what it does best.
