Alma Resort Cam Ranh Welcomes Pham Duy Huy as Director of Operations

CAM RANH, Vietnam (January 2026) – Pham Duy Huy, a seasoned hospitality leader with high-level operational and general management experience across Vietnam’s largest integrated resorts, has been appointed director of operations at Alma Resort Cam Ranh.

The Vietnamese national, known professionally as Lex, joins the award-winning 30-hectare beachfront resort after holding a series of senior roles with Vinpearl, most recently serving as director of operations at Vinpearl Nha Trang Bay Resort and Villas. Prior to that, he was director of operations at both Vinpearl Hon Tam and Vinpearl Beachfront Nha Trang, where he consistently led teams to exceptional performance outcomes.

Lex brings extensive executive experience, having also served as general manager across  numerous Vinpearl properties including Vinpearl Discovery Sealink Nha Trang, Vinpearl Long Beach Nha Trang, Vinpearl Discovery 3 Nha Trang, Vinpearl Discovery 1 Nha Trang, and Vinpearl Empire Nha Trang. At these resorts, he oversaw both operational and guest-experience transformation, including high gross operating profit performance, and navigating peak operational demands such as high-season days.

Earlier in his career, Lex was front office director and duty manager for the Vinpearl Golfland Resort and Villas, where he led large-scale guest service operations, handled VIP and VVIP arrivals, and supported pre-opening projects. He also served as a Vinpearl QA expert, conducting quality control across the group's portfolio. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in international business trade and commerce from Saxion Hogeschool in the Netherlands and completed an exchange program at South Korea’s Yeungnam University.

In his new role with Alma, Lex oversees the resort’s operations with a focus on the rooms division and spa, ensuring quality service delivery across guest-facing departments while bolstering operational efficiency and performance benchmarks.
