With over a decade of experience at Marriott International, Sudeep brings a wealth of leadership expertise and a passion for elevating guest experiences.

A seasoned hospitality professional, Sudeep has held diverse leadership roles across some of Marriott’s most distinguished properties. His hospitality journey began in Food & Beverage Service with Starwood Hotels at The Le Meridien, New Delhi, where he honed his skills in F&B operations. His career progressed with key roles at The Claridges, New Delhi, and The Taj Palace Hotel, Delhi. His journey with Marriott International started at the iconic JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu as Assistant Director of F&B. He then took on key roles at Jaipur Marriott Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad, Fairfield by Marriott Lucknow, and Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre. Most recently, he served as General Manager at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, where he drove exceptional growth in both guest experience and revenue.

Throughout his career with Marriott India, Sudeep has earned numerous accolades, including the FHRAI General Manager of the Year, Global Diamond General Manager for Fairfield by Marriott, and three ‘Spirit to Serve Our Guests’ awards for each hotel he has led as General Manager. He has also been recognised as APAC F&B Leader of the Year and APAC Restaurateur of the Year.

In his new role, Sudeep will oversee the strategic direction and operations of The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake, which is not just a tranquil urban resort but also one of Mumbai’s largest convention hotels, and Lakeside Chalet – Marriott Executive Apartments, the city’s premier long-stay destination. His focus will be on enhancing guest experiences, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of well-being, aligned with the brand ethos of Westin Hotels & Resorts and of Marriott Executive Apartments.

With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, Rohit is an industry veteran known for his strong expertise and exceptional leadership skills, which have enabled him to not only build profitable properties but also position them strategically. As the Cluster General Manager, Rohit will play a pivotal role in devising strategies for both Renaissance and Fairfield by Marriott Ahmedabad to enhance guest engagement, oversee operations, and drive overall revenue growth.

Rohit has a strong F&B background and has spent a significant part of his professional career in northern India. He began his career with leading hotel brands in India and joined Marriott International in 2018 as the Hotel Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri. His most recent role was at Sheraton Grand Palace Indore, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and successfully established India’s only pure vegetarian five-star property, guiding it from a pre-opening phase to a renowned hotel brand. With more than two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, he has extensive expertise in hotel pre-openings, new projects, hospitality training for diverse teams, and profit center operations within luxury hotels across India.

With over two decades of distinguished experience in the hospitality sector both in India and overseas, Amit brings a wealth of expertise, with a proven track record of successful performance across hotel operations.

Amit joined The Fern family in 2016 and has since demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. He embarked on his journey with The Fern Hotels & Resorts as Pre-opening General Manager at Amanora The Fern, Pune where he oversaw all facets of hotel operations ranging from directing and supervising day-to-day operations and monitoring service quality to ensuring exceptional guest experience and efficient hotel functioning.

In his new role as Cluster General Manager- Maharashtra, Kumar will be overseeing the overall management and strategic direction of 15 properties across the region- Karad, Karjat, Kolhapur, Lonavala, Mahabaleshwar, Panchgani, Pune, Satara, Ichalkaranji and Solapur.
