Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport has named Anish Ghadiyar as its new Food & Beverage Manager, putting a 12-year Accor-trained operator in charge of the hotel's restaurants and banquets.

Ghadiyar started out on the Accor General Management Trainee Program and has since moved through a series of progressive leadership roles. He arrives from Novotel Hyderabad, where he was Food & Beverage Manager responsible for the hotel's complete F&B operations.

His career has largely run through Novotel properties in Visakhapatnam, Pune and Hyderabad, where he led multi-outlet operations and large-scale events, alongside work on revenue growth, cost optimisation and team building. He also has a stated interest in developing new beverage concepts.
