With over 17 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Sudeep brings a proven track record in driving sales growth, strategic planning, and market expansion. He has held key leadership roles with globally respected hotel brands, including Accor Hotels, Radisson Hotels Group, and IHG, and has contributed to the success of leading hospitality organisations such as Marriott International, ITC Hotels, The Lalit, and The Park Hotels.

Sudeep’s expertise spans across corporate sales, leisure travel, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). Known for his strategic mindset, adaptive leadership style, and deep understanding of diverse markets, he has successfully managed both business and resort destinations — experience that positions him well to support Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport’s growth objectives.

His association with IHG began in 2019 at Crowne Plaza Kathmandu, and his return to the IHG family marks an important milestone. In his new role, Sudeep will focus on strengthening sales and marketing strategies, enhancing guest experiences, and reinforcing the hotel’s positioning as a preferred choice for business travellers and corporate clients.

Originally from Kolkata, Sudeep is now based in Mumbai with his wife and eight-year-old son.
