Novotel Pune Nagar Road has appointed Anshuman Ghoshal as its Director of People & Culture, bringing more than 15 years of experience in human resources and talent management to the hotel.

At the property, Ghoshal oversees key human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, employee welfare and statutory compliance. His focus is on fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee growth and development.

Experience across sectors

Ghoshal's expertise covers talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, statutory compliance and employee relations. His career spans the hospitality, automotive, technology and business process management sectors.

Before this appointment, he served as Director of People & Culture at Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli and as Manager – Talent & Culture at Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences, where he worked for more than seven years.

Ghoshal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).

In his new role, he is set to play an important part in strengthening the hotel's workplace culture, nurturing its people and supporting Novotel Pune Nagar Road's commitment to service excellence.
