In her current role as Marketing Communications Manager, she will be responsible for overseeing  all aspects of the hotel's marketing, branding, and communications strategy and positioning  Hyatt Centric Ballygunge as a preferred destination in Kolkata. 

Previously, Anwesha worked at Global Kitchen Kolkata as Senior Marketing Manager, where she  oversaw the marketing portfolio of thirteen prestigious brands, including Serafina, Bombay  Brasserie, and Irish House. Her success in driving impactful campaigns and fostering brand  growth reflects her deep understanding of market trends and customer engagement strategies.

With over 18 years of experience and strong leadership skills in the dynamic hospitality and service industry, Mr. Glen Dsouza, has joined Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata as the General Manager. Glen brings a wealth of expertise in business administration, budgeting, revenue forecasting, and adept relationship management.

Glen completed his Hospitality Management studies with the American Hotel and Lodging Association.His illustrious journey in hospitality commenced with Marriott International, where he embarked on a path of success.Prior to this, Glen has  hold significant roles, including Hotel Manager at Fairfield by Marriott ,Goa ,Anjuna, and Director of Rooms at esteemed establishments like Marriott Resort & Spa, Goa and Courtyard by Marriott, Ahmedabad.

Glen's professional footprint extends beyond borders, having worked in vibrant international destinations such as Hong Kong, Doha, and Abu Dhabi.
