14°41° Pizzeria Returns to Fort With a New Mumbai Flagship

A decade after it first fired up its ovens in Fort, 14°41° Pizzeria has gone back to where it started. The Mumbai-born wood-fired pizza brand opened a new flagship near Hutatma Chowk on 26 October 2026, with a bigger Italian menu that is served only at the restaurant and not on delivery platforms.

Founded in 2016 in Kala Ghoda, the brand takes its name from the geographical coordinates of Naples. It now runs 17 outlets across Mumbai, covering dine-in restaurants and delivery kitchens.

The space

The new restaurant spans approximately 2,000 sq ft and seats 60 to 70 guests. Its centrepiece is a fully glazed kitchen, giving diners a clear view of the dough being hand-tossed and dishes being prepared.

Flour first

The pizzas are built on an exclusive Italian-milled soft wheat 00 flour developed by Italian pizza chef Renato Viola, who also curates the brand’s menu. The brand says the flour is high in protein and fibre with no added sugar. The dough rests for 24 hours before being hand-stretched and baked in a wood-fired oven, and the same flour is used for all the restaurant’s breads.

On the menu

Starters include Mushroom Soup, Goat Cheese & Beetroot Salad, Truffle Mushroom Flatbread and Chicken Arancini. New pizzas include Truffle Forest, Pesto Burrata and Diavola Chicken Pepperoni, alongside Goat Cheese & Caramelised Onion and Chicken Mortadella & Artichoke.

Pastas and risottos include Coconut Milk Gnocchi, Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni, Spaghetti Chicken Parmigiana and Chicken & Sun-Dried Tomato Risotto. There are also Italian sandwiches on focaccia and multigrain panini. Desserts include the signature Tiramisu, plus new Banoffee Pie and Blueberry Cheesecake. An all-day coffee menu covers Italian classics and Indian favourites.
