Bengaluru,April 2026: Hilton has announced the appointment of Innu Lama as Cluster Learning & Development Manager for its Bengaluru portfolio, covering Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golflinks, Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Tech Village, and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Tech Village.

Innu Lama brings with her a wealth of experience in learning and development across the luxury hospitality and healthcare sectors. Most recently, she was associated with Conrad Bengaluru as Learning & Development Manager, where she led leadership training initiatives, structured onboarding programs, and compliance-driven learning interventions.

Her professional journey spans leading hospitality brands, including Shangri-La Hotel Bengaluru as Hotel Assistant Manager; Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru; and Sheraton Grand (Marriott) as Assistant Manager, training & quality assurance, where she played a key role in enhancing service delivery, driving quality assurance, and building high-performing teams.

Known for her strategic mindset and collaborative approach, Innu Lama has consistently contributed to strengthening organizational capability, embedding learning into business outcomes, and elevating guest experiences.

In her new role, Innu will be responsible for driving the cluster’s learning strategy, focusing on leadership development, talent progression, and strengthening service culture. She will lead the design and implementation of training programs aligned with Hilton’s brand standards while ensuring audit readiness and operational excellence across teams.
