The Park Lane Hong Kong, Autograph Collection will be located on Gloucester Road in Causeway Bay, home to Victoria Park, Hong Kong Island’s largest public park. The hotel will be within a 5-minute walk to Causeway Bay Metro Station and within 10 minutes’ walk to major corporate venues such as the Lee Garden and World Trade Center. The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center and Hong Kong’s key business district, Central, are only a 5-minute drive from the property, and Hong Kong International Airport is a 35-minute drive away.

The hotel is part of a 28-story mixed-use development with retail outlets on the ground and first floors. It is anticipated to have 820 guest rooms, an executive lounge, three distinctive dining venues and over 1,700 square meters of event spaces as well as recreational facilities. Accor and Prince Group announce partnership to bring Türkiye's first Mövenpick Resort project to Antalya

Marriott International, Inc. announced it has signed an agreement in collaboration with Vasilakis SA to bring the JW Marriott brand to Greece. Anticipated to open in 2025, JW Marriott Crete Resort & Spa will span 100 acres of coastal beauty and will be a haven for travelers who seek a luxury escape paired with exceptional service and holistic well-being experiences.

SWOT Hospitality, known for its expertise in managing luxury hotels across Greece, will collaborate with Vasilakis SA and Marriott International as the third-party operator for the franchised property.

To commemorate the once-in-a-lifetime event, a breath-taking show of Guinness World record-breaking 3D video-mapping projections - now the longest projection mapping in the world - glittered across the glass exterior of the new resort and landmark structure, transforming the facade to reflect the futuristic and innovative interior of the building.

Gran Meliá Opens Its First Hotel In Barcelona: Torre Melina

After a complete renovation, and surrounded by 25,000 square metres of gardens, the hotel chain kicks off 2024 by restoring the splendour of one of Barcelona's most iconic hotels. Designed by architect Carlos Ferrater and inaugurated during the 1992 Olympic Games, Gran Meliá has transformed the former Rey Juan Carlos I hotel into an urban oasis open to the city.

The new Torre Melina, named after the old 12th-century farmhouse on which the main building was constructed, is in a privileged location in the upper area of the Diagonal, next to the Palau de Congressos de Catalunya.

Contemporary and functional, the hotel features 391 rooms, including 61 suites; 18 indoor and outdoor function rooms, and a private rooftop with 360º views. The property also features Gran Meliá’s signature luxury amenities – including an exclusive RedLevel Lounge, spa and wellness facilities and restaurants. Torre Melina also has several outdoor pools and a heated pool.

The majestic and robust structure of the hotel is spread over sixteen floors in the heart of the gardens designed by landscape architect Josep Fontserè i Mestre, who conceived the Parc de la Ciutadella and designed Barcelona's Born market.
