Sayaji Kolhapur is thrilled to announce ‘The World Grill Fest’ at Barbeque Nation. The spectacular ten-day culinary celebration will run from April 10 to 19, 2026. Bringing together food enthusiasts, chefs, and culture lovers, this one-of-a-kind festival takes you on a journey across the world's most iconic barbecue traditions, served hot, smoked, and sizzling in the heart of Kolhapur.
The World Grill Fest is a tribute to the universal language of fire and food. Across ten immersive days, guests will explore diverse grilling, smoking, and roasting styles from around the globe, each dish a passport to a different culinary culture. Smoky aromas, vibrant décor inspired by global aesthetics, and an electric festival atmosphere will set the stage for an experience that goes far beyond a meal.
The specially curated international buffet is the centrepiece of the fest, featuring dishes such as, Turkish Red lentil soup, Jamaican jerk chicken drumstick, Yorkshire lamb, Spanish Valencia prawns, Schezwan Paneer tikka, Tres Leches, and many more.
The World Grill Fest promises a full sensory experience. The venue will feature globally inspired décor, vivid paintings and striking barbecue-and-beer-themed installations that bring the spirit of world grill culture to life. Live national and international music will fill the air throughout the festival, while cooking demonstrations give guests an up-close look at international grilling techniques.
