Courtyard by Marriott Ghaziabad has appointed Jatinder Kumar as Food & Beverage Manager. He has more than 13 years of experience in hospitality.

Kumar oversees the hotel's food and beverage operations across its dining venues and banquet facilities. His remit covers departmental budgets, revenue streams and new F&B offerings, and he works with the culinary and sales teams on dining experiences and events. He joined the hotel in March 2026.

He was previously Food & Beverage Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Anjuna, Goa, running its all-day dining restaurant, in-room dining, pool bar and banquet venues. Before that, at Fairfield by Marriott Benaulim, Goa, he served as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and Restaurant Manager. There he was named HOD of the Year in 2022 and contributed to the property posting the highest F&B revenue against budget in Asia-Pacific excluding China in Q4 2021. "My focus is on creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while maintaining high standards of service, quality and operational excellence," Kumar said. "I look forward to working closely with our culinary and operations teams to introduce engaging dining concepts, drive business performance and build experiences that resonate with our guests."
