In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s engineering operations, including maintenance of plant and machinery, energy management, safety systems and infrastructure efficiency. He will also play a key role in ensuring seamless operations across all technical functions while enhancing guest comfort and operational excellence.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Director of Engineering at Taj Skyline Ahmedabad, where he led engineering operations for a luxury property. He has also held key positions with leading hospitality brands, including Marriott International, Accor Hotels, The Leela Hotels & Resorts, and The Lalit. Notably, he has managed multi-property engineering operations at Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield by Marriott, Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru.

Over the course of his career, he has led several large-scale projects, including plant upgrades, energy optimization initiatives, and post-pandemic restoration of critical engineering systems. A chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he has previously held key positions with reputed hospitality brands including Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and ITC Hotels. Prior to this, he served as Director of Finance at JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, where he was an integral part of the executive committee, leading finance operations and driving strategic initiatives.
