Hearth Takes Its Fire-Led Cooking to Bengaluru with Fireside
/Hearth, the fire-led restaurant in Mumbai's Eros Cinema building, made its Bengaluru debut on 24 and 25 October 2026 with a two-day collaboration at Fireside in Kalyan Nagar. Chefs Dhriti and Sabby of Hearth joined Chef Rajat in the Fireside kitchen for lunch and dinner service.
Rather than a guest-chef pop-up, the pairing was billed as a meeting of two kitchens, each keeping its own voice, with fire as the common thread. Fireside is a 35-seat wood-fire restaurant with no gas connection in its kitchen, founded by Priyanka Alve and Chef Rajat Alve.
The menu
Hearth brought its Signature Stir Fry, Hamachi Tostada, Chilli Curry Leaf Tiger Prawns & Poi and Hearth Smoked Duck. Fireside contributed Grilled Chicken Wings, Fire Grilled Pomfret, Lamb Skewers and Pork Burnt Ends. Vegetarian dishes included Hearth's Dirty Mushroom Rice and Fireside's Eggplant Rollatini, and the meal closed with Hearth's Coffee & Nolen Gur and Fireside's Banana Bread Ice Cream.
"We've always seen fire as more than a way of cooking, it is a language that allows us to build flavour instinctively and interact with ingredients in unexpected ways," said Chefs Dhriti and Sabby, co-founders and culinary directors of Hearth.
"While Hearth and Fireside share a connection with fire, the way each kitchen approaches it is very different," said Chef Rajat of Fireside.
Hearth was co-founded by Chefs Dhriti and Sabby with Gayatri and Ankit Chona, and Amishi Parekh and Chaitanya Rele. Fireside is at 2nd Floor, No 5M-444, 5th Main Road, above Blue Tokai, HRBR Layout 2nd Block, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru.
