K Raheja Corp Launches ‘I-Lead’ to Shape the Next Generation of People Leaders

K Raheja Corp is doubling down on leadership from the ground up with the launch of ‘I-Lead’, a new initiative designed to turn early-career managers into high-impact, people-first leaders across its flagship brands: Mindspace Business Parks REIT, Chalet Hotels, Inorbit Mall, and K Raheja Corp Homes.

The inaugural cohort includes over 100 managers, marking the start of a group-wide rollout that aims to elevate leadership capability where it matters most—on the ground, in the thick of execution, and at the heart of teams.

Targeted at professionals in Manager to Assistant General Manager roles, I-Lead goes beyond theory. It zeroes in on real-world managerial essentials—think trust-building, feedback conversations, accountability, goal-setting, and delegation—equipping participants with the confidence and clarity to lead with purpose.

What sets it apart? A co-created curriculum between K Raheja Corp’s internal L&D pros and Basil Tree Consulting, with facilitator-led sessions, hands-on application, reflection zones, assessments, and structured follow-ups. Translation: not just learning about leadership, but living it.

“Managers form the operational backbone of our businesses,” said Urvi Aradhya, CHRO, K Raheja Corp. “With I-Lead, we’re investing in building a generation of leaders who are not just efficient, but empathetic, accountable, and aligned with the culture we value.”

I-Lead is the newest addition to the group’s rich portfolio of progressive people programs—from Anchal for expectant mothers, Pride Side for LGBTQ+ inclusion, Relaunch for second-career professionals, and Sheroes for women leaders, to Shikhar, Reach Out, and Future-Forward for top-tier leadership growth.

Together, these initiatives reflect a clear people philosophy: grow from within, and grow with care.
