Hyatt Place Jaipur Malviya Nagar has appointed Ombeer Singh as Head Chef, strengthening the hotel’s culinary leadership team.

In his new role, Ombeer Singh will oversee all culinary operations across the hotel, including menu planning and development, food quality management, kitchen operations, hygiene and safety compliance, team leadership, and guest dining experiences. He will work closely with the hotel’s leadership team to enhance its culinary offerings and deliver memorable dining experiences for guests.

Experience across luxury hotels and international brands

Ombeer brings more than 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef at Novotel Jodhpur, where he led culinary operations, menu innovation, kitchen management, and maintained standards of food quality and guest satisfaction.

Prior to this, he held key culinary positions with hospitality brands including TAJ SATS Air Catering, Marriott Jaipur, Waldorf Astoria Dubai, and InterContinental Hotel Doha, Qatar.

During his tenure as Chef de Partie at Waldorf Astoria Dubai, he gained international exposure and expertise in premium dining experiences.
