Professional experience

With over a decade of experience with ITC Hotels, Arnold brings a strong blend of operational expertise and learning leadership to his new role. Beginning his hospitality journey in Housekeeping Operations, he developed extensive experience in quality management, service excellence, and people leadership before transitioning into Learning and Development, driven by his passion for empowering associates and enhancing organizational capability.

Career journey

Arnold successfully completed the Career Enhancement Program in Learning and Development at the ITC Hospitality Management Institute (ITC HMI). Over the years, he has contributed to learning and capability-building initiatives across renowned ITC Hotels, including ITC Maratha, ITC Mughal, ITC Gardenia, and ITC Kakatiya.

His expertise spans training needs analysis, behavioural and functional learning interventions, leadership development, employee engagement, and supporting the successful pre-opening of multiple hotels.

Role and responsibilities

In his new role, Arnold will spearhead Learning and Development initiatives at ITC Windsor, focusing on talent development, leadership capability, employee engagement, and cultivating a high-performance learning culture that supports both associate growth and exceptional guest experiences.

Having built her career across various housekeeping roles, she has developed expertise in quality assurance, team leadership, guest relations, inventory management and operational efficiency. Her experience in maintaining high service standards and mentoring teams will play a vital role in enhancing the hotel's housekeeping operations.

As Learning & Development Manager, Neha Pant brings over fifteen plus years of experience across hospitality and education. Her career includes leadership roles with Accor, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and IIHM Pune, where she successfully led learning initiatives, employee engagement programmes and talent development strategies. Recognised as the Learning & Development Person of the Year at the Accor South Asia Hotel Awards 2024 and Unsung Hero of the Year at the Hotelier India Awards 2024, Neha has consistently demonstrated her ability to build learning cultures that empower employees and strengthen organisational performance.

Grand Hyatt Mumbai has announced the appointment of Prasad Prabhu as Learning and Development Manager. With over 18 years of diverse experience across leading global hospitality brands, Prasad brings proven expertise in talent development, leadership capability building, service culture enhancement, and colleague engagement.

In his new role, Prasad will be responsible for driving the hotel’s learning and development strategy with a focus on strengthening leadership development, embedding Hyatt’s values through a culture of continuous learning, enhancing colleague engagement, and aligning training initiatives with operational and business goals.

An alumnus of the Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai, Institute of Hotel Management, Goa, and Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai, Prasad has built his career across several prestigious luxury brands including The Indian Hotels Company Limited (Taj Hotels), InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), The Leela Kempinski, The Zuri Hospitality Group, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

Most recently, Prasad served as Learning Manager at Grand Hyatt Goa, where he not only led property-level L&D but also contributed as an ASPAC Master Trainer for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, designing and facilitating impactful leadership and trainer capability workshops across the Asia Pacific region.

Arnab Nath has been promoted to T&C Manager & Ashok Tripathy has been appointed as Chief Engineer at Novotel Guwahati GS Road


Arnab joined as Assistant Manager in Talent & Culture in 2018 and has been an integral part of the talent & Culture team since 2018. He has a total of 11 years of experience. Prior to Novotel Guwahati, he had worked with Lemon Tree Hotels, ITC welcome group & Radisson Blu. Arnab hails from Assam. He had completed his MBA in Human Resources from Panjab Technical University. As employee retention has become a challenge in Hospitality Industry, Arnab’s priority is to create a sustainable environment to retain employees. Guwahati is an emerging market for Hospitality Industry and Arnab is looking forward to connecting employee well-being with career growth for this market.




Ashok started his career in the Hospitality industry at Radisson White Sand Beach Resort in 2007. He worked with City Max hotel in Dubai, Phoenix Park Inn Resort Goa, Radisson Blu Nagpur, and Mayfair Bhubaneswar before joining Radisson Blu Guwahati in 2015. He had Joined there as an Asst. Manager- Engineering and later promoted as Chief Engineer in 2020. Ashok was born & brought up in Odisha and is currently settled in Guwahati with his family. Having a total of 17 years of experience and maximum tenure with different properties of Radisson, he is looking forward to working & grow in Accor. He has already started working on various sustainable related initiatives like less carbon emission, usage of recycled water, less usage of Electricity.
