KOKO, Mumbai’s popular Asian Dining Restaurant, expands its footprint to Goregaon at Oberoi Garden City

The renowned luxury Asian dining restaurant by Pebble Street Hospitality has expanded its Mumbai presence with the launch of its second restaurant at International Business Park, Oberoi Garden City. Marking the brand’s fourth restaurant across India, this opening brings KOKO’s signature high-energy, share-style dining to the city’s western suburbs — an immersive blend of luxury, sophistication, and indulgence, complemented by exquisite Cantonese-Japanese cuisine and unforgettable experiences.

KOKO's 5,500 sq ft Goregaon outlet welcomes 116 guests, engaging office-goers, residents, and Mumbai's urban community. Seamlessly transitioning from day to night, this dynamic multi-zone venue delivers layered, immersive experiences. Lavish mouldings, radiant lighting, and expansive glazing frame statement artworks and origami-inspired fixtures. Zones crafted with varying scale, light, and texture invite fresh discoveries with each visit.

The site’s curved wall becomes a striking cocktail lounge backdrop, operating independently for private events without disturbing the main dining space. Asian-inspired furniture, fabrics, and motifs — reimagined contemporarily — create refined luxury rooted in Mumbai's urban pulse.

Led by Chef Eric Sifu and KOKO’s expert team, the menu unfolds with refined Cantonese-Japanese artistry, harmonising signature indulgences, elevated vegetarian dishes, and a meticulously curated Jain menu. From the celebrated KOKO Signature Roll and vibrant Hamachi Maki to the opulent Lobster & Caviar Dumpling, perfectly rendered Crispy Pork Belly, and the timeless Peking Duck with Pancakes, each plate is a study in depth, balance, and precision. The vegetarian repertoire is equally distinguished, showcasing the elegant KOKO Golden Maki, aromatic Wild Morel & Truffle Dumpling, nuanced Gonjon’s Turnip Cake with Garlic, indulgent Edamame Truffle Money Bag, layered South East Asian Red Curry, and the umami-laden Edamame Black Rice with Burnt Garlic. Thoughtfully extending this philosophy of inclusivity, KOKO presents a dedicated Jain selection — crafted without onion, garlic, or root vegetables — featuring the delicate KOKO Signature Carpaccio (Tender Coconut), refined Spicy Poached Dumpling, indulging Broccoli Creamy Planta with Bird’s Eye Chilli, rich Silken Tofu with Chilli Black Bean, classic Hong Kong Soy Noodles, and the decadent Hazelnut Crunch Fingers — culminating in a culinary narrative that is sophisticated, inclusive, and unmistakably KOKO.

Desserts such as The ‘Forbidden’ Fruit, Coffee Pecan Nut Mousse, and the classic Salted Caramel Crème Brûlée offer a refined finish.  The culinary experience is complemented by a dynamic cocktail menu featuring the playful Kandy Floss, the elegant Bombyx Mori, the theatrical Agave Nest, and the bold Tom Yum Cup. A curated premium sake selection, including Mikadomatsu Junmai Ginjo and Hakushika Tokubetsu Yamadanishiki Honjozo, further enhances the offering.

Speaking about the launch, Ryan Tham & Keenan Tham, Founders of Pebble Street Hospitality, said in a joint statement, “KOKO Goregaon captures the western suburbs' vibrant momentum. Nestled in prestigious Oberoi Garden City, we've created a refined haven for office professionals, corporate honchos powering through lunches, luxury residents enjoying after-work cocktails, and suburban families savoring memorable dinners amid Goregaon's corporate-residential surge. Jacob’s Brew House Makes Its Debut in Jaipur, Bringing a New Wave of Coffee and Community Culture

National, March: Jaipur’s evolving hospitality landscape welcomes Jacob’s Brew House, a design-led, all-day café and specialty coffee destination that brings together craftsmanship, community, and contemporary café culture. The space introduces a vibrant social sanctuary that reflects Jaipur’s long-standing craftsmanship traditions while offering a modern, lifestyle-driven experience.

Inspired by Sir Samuel Swinton Jacob’s architectural legacy, Jacob’s Brew House reinterprets design through a Rustic Garage aesthetic, blending historical elegance with industrial textures and contemporary detailing. The result is an immersive environment that balances Jaipur’s artistic spirit with a dynamic and high-energy café format.

At the heart of the experience is the specialty coffee program, led by UAE Barista Champion Sonam Dorje Sherpa. The program focuses on traceable sourcing, precise roasting profiles, and carefully calibrated brewing techniques, ensuring each cup reflects the origin of the bean. The menu complements the beverage program with globally inspired offerings, including Neapolitan pizzas, handmade pastas, and American-style smash burgers. While influenced by European and Mediterranean café traditions, the flavors are adapted to Jaipur’s palate, balancing international techniques with approachable, comfort-driven tastes.

Speaking about the concept, Sagar Nagpal, Founder at Jacob’s Brew House shares, “Jacob’s Brew House was born from a desire to create a space where craftsmanship and community coexist. With Jaipur’s growing appreciation for specialty coffee, we wanted to introduce a café that not only focuses on quality but also becomes a place where conversations, creativity, and culture naturally come together.”

Beyond dining, Jacob’s Brew House is envisioned as a community-focused cultural hub that will host curated tastings, workshops, and creative collaborations designed to encourage interaction and shared experiences. The garage-inspired interiors, paired with a Robata-style open fire kitchen, create a sensory environment where design, aroma, and flavour converge to deliver an engaging guest journey.

With a long-term vision to become a cultural landmark in Jaipur, Jacob’s Brew House aims to redefine café culture, setting new benchmarks in thematic dining, specialty coffee, and community-driven hospitality.

The Scarlett House Brings World No 3 and The Best of Barcelona’s Bars - Sips to Bombay. In association U’Luvka Vodka

March, The Scarlett House hosts a defining moment for India’s cocktail culture — welcoming Sips, the Barcelona-based bar ranked No. 3 on The World’s 50 Best Bars, for an intimate, one-night-only takeover in Mumbai.

This landmark evening comes to life in collaboration with The Experience India, the Mumbai-based experiential lifestyle and travel platform known for curating immersive, culture-led journeys and bespoke experiences across India and beyond. Renowned for bringing some of the world’s leading bars, artists, and creative talent to India, The Experience India blends global influence with local storytelling to create elevated, community-driven encounters.

As part of its continued vision to foster meaningful international collaborations, The Experience India partners with The Scarlett House to introduce Simone Caporale to Bombay — creating a rare intersection of global creativity and experiential design.

But this is not just a bar takeover.
It is a convergence of philosophies.

Behind the bar at Scarlett that night will be Simone Caporale co-founder of Sips and one of the most influential voices in modern mixology. From his early days redefining cocktail theatre at London’s Artesian to co-creating Sips with Marc Alvarez, Caporale has consistently challenged what a bar can be: less spectacle, more soul; less hierarchy, more human connection.

Sips was founded on a radical yet simple belief — that the future of great bars lies not in intimidation or exclusivity, but in approachability, emotion and precision.

At Sips, cocktails are stripped of unnecessary ceremony and served with clarity, warmth and intent. The bar rejects rigid counter culture in favour of conversation; technique exists only to serve flavour; and every drink is designed to feel instinctive rather than engineered.

“We wanted to create a place where the guest feels free — free to ask, free to explore, free to enjoy without needing permission,” says Simone Caporale.“Sips is about hospitality first. The cocktail is simply the medium.”

This approach has earned Sips global acclaim, including its current No. 3 ranking on The World’s 50 Best Bars, voted by an international academy of over 650 industry experts.

For The Scarlett House, the collaboration is deeply aligned with its founding ethos of New Age Nostalgia — a hospitality language that blends memory, modernity, and belonging. Scarlett was designed as a home that evolves — absorbing global influences while staying rooted in Bombay’s emotional rhythm. Bringing Sips here is about introducing a mindset, not just a menu. Their philosophy mirrors Scarlett’s hospitality that feels instinctive, warm, and deeply human.

“For us, this isn’t about importing a ‘World’s 50 Best’ moment,” says Fay Barretto, who helms the beverage programme at The Scarlett House. “It’s about exchanging energy. Simone represents a shift in global bar culture — where ego steps aside and hospitality leads. That resonates deeply with how we build our bar at Scarlett. We want guests to feel seen, comfortable, curious. This collaboration feels like a natural conversation.”

On 8th March, guests at The Scarlett House will experience Sips as it exists in Barcelona — no reinterpretation, no dilution.

The confirmed cocktail selection includes:

Toreador

A striking orange-hued cocktail that balances brightness and depth — bold, structured, and quietly expressive.

Espresso on Steroids

Vodka, intense espresso, maple, and a delicate coffee air — a high-energy reinterpretation that reflects Sips’ playful precision.

Tommy’s

Tequila layered with strawberry and agave — fresh, vibrant, and deceptively complex.

Pritish Matai, CEO Aspri Spirits said we are delighted to partner with Sips and Scarlett House. This association reflects our shared commitment to delivering exceptional experiences, and we look forward to nurturing this collaboration into a strong and enduring relationship in the years ahead.

Each drink will be personally crafted and served by Simone Caporale, offering Mumbai a rare, unfiltered glimpse into one of the world’s most influential bar philosophies.

The evening is proudly supported by U’Luvka Vodka, whose own legacy of craftsmanship mirrors the precision and quiet complexity that define Sips.

Centuries ago, in the royal courts of Poland, the alchemist Sendivogius crafted a spirit worthy of kings, pure, harmonious, and potent enough to be hailed as a royal elixir.

A rediscovery of this recipe, U’Luvka continues that legacy with the same devotion to mastery. U’Luvka is methodically distilled using carefully chosen grains grown in Poland, selected to produce a complex and flavourful spirit. Our water is drawn from deep aquifers and refined through reverse osmosis to create a velvety signature smoothness. Through thoughtful distillation and a specific filtration process designed to preserve the full aromatic and flavour complexity, the result is a vodka that is expressive yet balanced, soft, rich, and refined in every sip.

U’Luvka embraces a more expressive path than the neutral profiles typical of the category. Creamy notes, subtle sweetness, and delicate grain spice linger on the palate, elevating its velvety texture and offering a depth rarely found in traditional vodkas.

This expressive quality reflects the symbolism woven into the brand itself: the U’Luvka logo fuses alchemical forms representing the masculine and feminine, friendship, love and pleasure, a modern emblem of unity, connection and transformation.

The result is a spirit that doesn’t simply reflect Polish heritage; it redefines it for the modern era. Refined, balanced, and unmistakably alive with character, U’Luvka is crafted for those who appreciate the beauty of restraint and the art of quiet complexity.

The Sips takeover marks one of several global collaborations planned at The Scarlett House, as the venue continues to build a calendar that brings internationally acclaimed chefs, bars, and creative minds to Bombay — always with intention, intimacy, and cultural relevance.

Scarlett is not chasing trends. It is curating conversations.

City’s favourite Mangalorean Food Destination Bastian Ammakai Now Serves you Early Breakfast and a New Pre-Drinks Menu!

Bastian Ammakai, part of Ranjit Bindra’s Bastian Hospitality, has extended its operating rhythm with early breakfast hours and the introduction of a pre-drinks menu with Appa, further underscoring its all-day positioning.

Mornings at Ammakai now begin earlier, with breakfast service running from 9 AM to 12 PM. The refreshed format draws from comforting South Indian flavours such as Masala Dosas, ghee podi Idlis and Stuffed Paniyaram, complemented by a few global breakfast favourites, including waffles and wholesome breakfast bowls. The shift reflects evolving dining patterns, as hospitality spaces increasingly cater to early social meetings, work catch-ups and morning-led gatherings.

In the evening, the restaurant has introduced a Pre-Drinks Menu with Appa, creating a dedicated early-evening window before dinner and late-night plans. The menu features a 2+2 offer on select spirits, applicable to the first order of the same drink. Designed for guests who prefer starting their evenings out, this reflects the growing pre-drinking culture in urban cities, where socialising begins at restaurants rather than at home.

Commenting on the development, Ranjit Bindra, Founder and CEO of Bastian Hospitality, said, “As a hospitality company, we’re constantly observing how urban social habits are changing. There is a growing demand for well-curated morning breakfast spreads and early-evening experiences. With Ammakai, we saw an opportunity to address both within the same space, while keeping the food and beverages rooted in character.”

Notably, Ammakai marks Bastian Hospitality’s debut into Mangalorean cuisine. Conceptually rooted in the tastes and sensibilities of South Indian mothers, the restaurant positions itself around comfort-driven flavours and nostalgic memory-led cooking.

CAVORE Bengaluru: A Dining-First Nightlife Destination Where the Evening Evolves Naturally

Bengaluru, India 2026: In a city known for its discerning diners and ever-evolving nightlife, CAVORE Bengaluru emerges as a space that refuses to choose between the two. Located on Residency Road, CAVORE is a transformative dining and nightlife destination where food, music, and visual design flow together, shaping nights that unfold effortlessly rather than on cue.

CAVORE was born from the desire to create a place where food, music, and visuals don’t exist independently, but come together as one immersive experience,” says Naveen Prem, The Founder. “Bengaluru has incredible restaurants and great nightlife, but very few spaces where both worlds blend without feeling forced. We wanted to change that.

Designed as a space that transitions with the mood of the evening, CAVORE invites guests to slow down, settle in, and let the night take its course. Early hours are marked by warm lighting, intimate conversations, and a dining-forward atmosphere, which gradually transforms into a high-energy, music-led experience as the night progresses.

At the core of CAVORE is its thoughtfully curated menu, led by Chef Shivraj, whose culinary philosophy is deeply shaped by his upbringing as an army brat travelling across India.Food has always been a form of storytelling for us,” shares the team. “Chef Shivraj’s journey across regional kitchens shows up in the menu, through flavours, spices, and techniques that feel rooted yet contemporary.

The menu encourages sharing and exploration, beginning with vibrant starters such as CAVORE Summer Crush, a refreshing medley of grains, greens, and citrus, alongside playful street-inspired plates like Avo Bhel Tartare and Truffle Tomato Sev Puri, which reinterpret familiar Indian flavours through a refined, modern lens.

As the evening deepens, the menu moves into comforting yet expressive mains. Dishes like Moilee Butter Sauce Prawns bring coastal warmth to the table, while Tambda Rassa Ramen blends Maharashtrian spice with global technique. Vegetarian offerings such as the Kashmiri Veg Bowl sit alongside bold, flavour-forward plates including Spicy Guntur Chili Chicken, Yakhni Dum Pulao, and the deeply satisfying Bihari Lamb Curry, each dish designed to anchor long dinners that naturally extend into the night.

Desserts continue the narrative of nostalgia reimagined. Not a Mysore Pak offers a contemporary take on the classic sweet, while Thandai Milk Cake rounds off the experience with gentle spice and festive warmth, perfect for lingering conversations well past dinner.

The bar follows the same narrative-driven approach. Cocktails are expressive yet balanced, using Indian spices, berries, and indigenous ingredients in modern formats. From the masala tea inspired Himalayan Frost to the savoury, umami-led Caperoni, the drinks are crafted to complement the pace of the evening rather than dominate it.Our cocktails move in rhythm with the night; they're meant to enhance the experience, not overpower it,” Naveen Prem, The Founder explains.

Music is the pulse of CAVORE, with curated DJ nights and live performances forming the backbone of its identity. Known for its emerging “clubsert” culture, the venue hosts everything from dinner shows and house sets to techno, jazz, retro, and Bollywood ensuring no two nights feel the same. We want CAVORE to be known as the place where you discover great artists, not just a loud night out,” they add.

For Bengaluru’s nightlife veterans and first-time visitors alike, CAVORE is the kind of place you arrive at casually and end up staying far longer than planned. As Naveen Prem, The Founder puts it simply: It’s not just a high-energy club. It’s an experience where food, music, and ambience shape how the night turns.

About CAVORE:

CAVORE is a dining-first nightlife destination on Residency Road, Bengaluru, where food, music, and visual design come together as one immersive experience. Designed to evolve through the evening, the space transitions seamlessly from relaxed, dining-led hours to high-energy nights, anchored by India-forward cuisine, narrative-driven cocktails, and curated music programming.

The Serai Resorts Announces Resumption of Safaris at Bandipur and Nagarhole (Kabini)

Karnataka | March 2026: The Serai Resorts announces the official resumption of wildlife safaris for guests at The Serai Bandipur, located in Bandipur National Park and The Serai Kabini, near Nagarhole National Park effective 22 February 2026, in line with the Ministry’s circular permitting reopening under revised operational guidelines.

Safari operations have recommenced at 50 percent capacity, while timings remain unchanged. Online bookings are temporarily unavailable, with reservations being coordinated offline in consultation with safari operators and Jungle Lodges & Resorts. All safaris are being conducted in strict adherence to the Supreme Court of India’s November 2025 directive, National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA) guidelines, and directions issued by the Karnataka Forest Department. Drivers have been instructed to maintain appropriate distances between vehicles to minimise ecological impact within the forest.

The reopening follows extensive coordination with forest authorities, conservation experts and local communities to facilitate a structured resumption. A technical committee constituted by the State Board for Wildlife undertook a carrying capacity audit during the closure period, resulting in defined daily visitor limits to safeguard sensitive habitats. Additional on-ground measures include strengthened boundary monitoring camps, community-led “Forest Friends” initiatives, removal of invasive Lantana camara to restore grasslands, servicing of artificial waterholes ahead of summer, and completion of fire line works to mitigate forest fire risks.

Updated visitor guidelines are in effect in accordance with the Supreme Court of India’s November 2025 directive and the Karnataka Forest Ministry’s February 2026 notification. The continued restriction on mobile phone usage during safaris aims to minimise ecological disturbance and encourage a more immersive wildlife experience.

Commenting on the resumption, Saibal Sen, Chief Operating Officer, The Serai Resorts, said, “We are delighted that safaris have resumed and look forward to welcoming our guests to experience the remarkable wildlife of Bandipur and Nagarhole. We remain committed to responsible tourism that balances guest experience with conservation and community engagement. Every safari is not merely an exploration of the wilderness, but a meaningful step towards sustaining it for generations to come.”

The Serai Resorts continues to work closely with all stakeholders to ensure that wildlife tourism in Karnataka evolves responsibly and sustainably.

Gurgaon Welcomes a New Luxury Wellness Address with 7 Ocean Fitness & Wellness Club

7 Ocean Fitness & Wellness Club opens in Gurgaon this February as a new destination for holistic wellness, bringing together fitness, recovery, and mindful living within a refined, luxury-led environment. Designed as a one-stop space for modern wellbeing, the club moves beyond the traditional gym format to offer a more considered experience - one shaped by community, intention, and elevated design.

Founded in 2022, 7 Ocean Fitness & Wellness Club was created for individuals who view fitness as a lifestyle rather than a routine. Conceived as a refined wellness destination, the club delivers a lush, immersive environment designed to encourage consistency, discipline, and long-term commitment to health.

The vision for the club belongs to Founder Mr. Ajeet Singh, a lifelong fitness enthusiast who recognised a shift in modern lifestyles — where luxury and experiential spaces increasingly influence everyday choices, while fitness often remains deprioritised. Believing that ambience inspires action, he envisioned a space that seamlessly blends world-class fitness with luxury aesthetics: a place people enjoy visiting, feel inspired by, and naturally return to, transforming fitness from an obligation into an experience.

The club has been conceived as an exclusive sanctuary for a close-knit community of like-minded individuals who view wellness as a shared lifestyle rather than an individual pursuit. Every element of the space has been thoughtfully curated to support a balanced approach to fitness and wellbeing, allowing members to pursue their personal journeys in an environment crafted with precision and care. Gurgaon was selected for its evolving lifestyle culture and infrastructure that supports a seamless, all-under-one-roof experience, bringing together fitness, wellness, café, parking, and essential amenities within a single destination.

Spanning 20,000 sq. ft., the club is organised around two complementary pillars - fitness and wellness, each offering a unique yet interconnected experience. One section is energised by movement, intensity, and motivation, while the other is designed for calm, restoration, and mindful recovery. This deliberate zoning allows members to move effortlessly between training and recovery, creating a natural rhythm that supports both performance and balance.

The fitness experience is powered by Technogym, the globally recognised Italian brand known for its technologically advanced equipment and its ‘Wellness Lifestyle’ philosophy. The club features a connected ecosystem of smart machines, digital platforms, and apps, supporting immersive, guided workouts across strength training, cardio, functional training, and a dedicated spinning studio equipped with Technogym bikes. BioStrength machines guide movement safely and efficiently, supporting full-range motion aligned with correct biomechanics and making training effective across different fitness levels.

Personalisation is supported through the Technogym Body Composition Analyzer, an advanced AI-driven assessment tool that delivers a holistic body check in seconds. The system analyses strength, posture, mobility, metabolism, cognition, and wellness age, and integrates with the Technogym App to enable real-time adjustments to individual training programmes.

The club integrates physical fitness with mental wellbeing, mindfulness, and recovery through a wide range of offerings. Group classes, including Dance, CrossFit, Kickboxing, Sculpt, and more, encourage motivation and community engagement, while yoga flow sessions and breath-focused practices support mental clarity and stress reduction. Recovery facilities include infrared red light therapy saunas, rock salt hammam steam rooms, and chilled showers designed to reduce inflammation and support physical rejuvenation.

Each member begins with a comprehensive individual assessment conducted by certified trainers, focusing on fitness levels, goals, and specific body requirements. Based on these insights, personalised programmes are created that integrate training, nutrition, and recovery for balanced and sustainable results. All trainers hold globally recognised certifications in exercise science, nutrition, and physical therapy, with equal emphasis placed on personalised service, motivation, and member-centric care.

Café 7 serves as the club’s in-house wellness café and lounge, designed as a calm, inviting space where nutrition and lifestyle come together. The café extends the wellness journey beyond training and recovery, reinforcing the idea that fitness, nutrition, and mindset function best as part of everyday life rather than isolated routines.

7 Ocean Fitness & Wellness Club is exclusively accessible to members and will operate from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, and from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sundays.

Membership enquiries can be directed to +91 76007-00002.

Introducing Sweeney - Where Home Recipes Meet Modern Craft A Home for Thai & European Cuisine, Rediscovered & Reimagined

Born out of extensive research, return visits, and time spent in kitchens that rarely call themselves restaurants, Sweeney brings together home-style Thai and European cooking in a way that feels both deeply familiar and newly alive. This food is shaped by memory, repetition and care - recipes rediscovered from homes, preserved with respect, and reimagined for the table today.

At Sweeney“home” is not a concept; it is the starting point. From Southern and Northern Thai households, where meals revolve around shared pots, rice, and instinctive balance, to Italian kitchens of nonnas, where food is cooked slowly, generously, and without performance, every dish begins with how food is truly lived with. The menu reflects months of immersion into domestic kitchens — not as nostalgia, but as living practice.

Sharing her vision, Malaika Arora says, “Sweeney is the taste of comfort - the flavours I return to wherever I am in the world. It’s a second home that feels warm, instinctive and lived-in — where you arrive hungry, stay longer than planned, and leave feeling quietly looked after.”

Dhaval Udeshi adds, “Sweeney was built through research and return — understanding how food is actually cooked at home, and how craft is learned at the bar. It preserves what deserves protection, while actively building the next generation of talent.”

The kitchen is rooted in domestic Thai traditions - bold, coconut-rich Southern flavours layered with turmeric and fermented pastes, alongside the gentler, herb-forward warmth of Northern Lanna cuisine. Complementing this is an intimate European narrative, beginning with Italian home cooking - olive-oil-rich preparations, slow-simmered sauces, handmade pastas - gently extended with subtle French refinement and Mexican warmth. The result is a menu of curries built for sharing, herb-laced grills, rice-led plates, slow-cooked meats, and pastas that comfort rather than perform - dishes that impress as a consequence, not an intention.

Chef Ravraj Singh Chandok shares, “The focus is on preservation and reinvention — carrying these home-style dishes forward with care, technique, and intention.”
If the kitchen looks to inheritance, the bar looks to the future. Designed as a women-led platform and exchange programme, the bar functions as an incubator for bartenders of tomorrow. Led by Beverage Director Fay Barretto, the drinks programme is anchored in modern classics, precision, balance, and discipline - where learning happens during service, under pressure, behind the counter. Each cycle, one drink is quietly entrusted to a bartender in becoming, held to the same uncompromising standard as the rest.

The space mirrors this philosophy — a slow reveal of sage green interiors, layered natural textures, warm shifting light, intimate dining pockets, and a seamless alfresco extension. It is calm yet alive, refined yet welcoming.Sweeney does not rush you. It offers consistency, quiet confidence, and food that tastes as it should.

The kitchen remembers.
The bar becomes.

Sweeney is where home cooking is honoured and craft is built for the future.
