Cyrus has held leadership roles with esteemed brands such as Lemon Tree Hotels and Atmosphere Hospitality, and began his professional journey with the Taj in New Delhi. A graduate of the Welcome Group Graduate School of Hotel Administration, he brings strong expertise in strategy, business development, and navigating complex markets.

Prior to joining Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway, he held the position of Executive Sous Chef at The Park Hotel, Kolkata, where he was instrumental in implementing efficient kitchen systems, driving team performance, and launching a new menu that significantly enhanced customer satisfaction. His career also includes key roles at renowned properties such as Park Hyatt Dubai Creek Resorts, Andaz by Hyatt New Delhi, Taj Bengaluru, and others.

A graduate in European Culinary Management from IMI Switzerland, Sunil is also certified in advanced food safety supervision. Known for his passion for local ingredients and sustainable cooking practices, he brings a thoughtful and modern approach to the kitchen.

Mr. Sinha’s leadership has earned him numerous accolades, including Hotel Manager of the Year (Upscale to Midscale) at the 14th Hotelier India Awards 2023, Leader of the Year at Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar (2023), Crowne Plaza Okhla (2021), and Jaipur Marriott (2018). His culinary expertise was recognized with Chef of the Year (Asia Pacific) by Marriott International (2017) and by FH&RA India (2018).

He holds a master’s degree in Tourism Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a bachelor’s in international hospitality management from the International Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata.
