With over 24 years of industry experience, Rajib brings core expertise in hotel operations, F&B management, guest experience and cost optimization.

With over 20 years of experience across hotel operations, revenue strategy, and business development, Gupta brings a performance-driven leadership approach to the 553-key dual-branded property in the heart of Deira.

Since joining the hotel in 2021 as hotel manager, Gupta has been instrumental in transforming the property’s commercial performance — driving a 16 percent increase in total revenue, leading consistent ARI and RGI growth, and enhancing the market positioning of both hotels. His hands-on leadership and focus on operational consistency also helped improve service delivery and team engagement across departments.

Gupta began his hospitality journey in front office operations and revenue management with global brands including InterContinental, Grand Hyatt, and Rotana.
