Will add an established, cash-generating hotel with 287 keys in close proximity to Mumbai.
Diversified demand generators across leisure, social and MICE will drive multiple revenue streams.
Potential to rebrand the asset into the upper-upscale segment.
Juniper’s asset management and hospitality expertise to drive long-term value creation.
Mumbai, September , 2026: Juniper Hotels Limited (“Juniper” or “the Company”), one of India’s leading luxury hotel development and ownership companies, today announced that it has entered into a binding Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) with Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited (formerly known as Adlabs Entertainment Limited) for the acquisition of an operating hotel, Novotel Imagicaa, for an aggregate consideration of ₹248 crore at approximately ₹86 lakh per key, subject to the terms and conditions of the definitive agreements.
Spread across approximately 11 acres in Khopoli, Maharashtra, Novotel Imagicaa is strategically located near the economic centres of Mumbai and Pune, with the airport accessible within a two-hour drive. The hotel sits adjacent to the Imagicaa Theme Park and Water Park. Spanning a built-up area of approximately 2,80,000 sq. ft., the hotel offers 287 well-appointed guest rooms complemented by a curated selection of restaurants, versatile banquet and meeting venues, spa and recreational facilities. It has established a distinct niche in the leisure and social segments, reinforcing the asset’s standing as a complete family holiday destination.
Strategic Rationale
The proposed acquisition advances Juniper's long-term objective of building a portfolio of large, high-quality hotels in India's most compelling business and leisure destinations.
The transaction offers several strategic advantages, including:
Addition of an established, operating 287-key five-star hotel expected to generate stable cash flows from day one, without any lead time of greenfield development;
Strategic presence in the Mumbai–Pune corridor catering to leisure, social and MICE segment;
Potential to add incremental banqueting and ballroom capacity immediately to strengthen its social and MICE, from the adjacent Imagicaa parks.
Opportunity to rebrand into the upper-upscale segment and drive higher revenue over the long term.
Diversified demand generators resulting in multiple revenue streams across leisure, social, MICE, and weekend travel; and
Opportunity to leverage Juniper’s asset management and hospitality expertise to drive long-term value creation.
Commenting on the proposed acquisition, Mr. Arun Kumar Saraf, Chairman & Managing Director, Juniper Hotels Limited said, "At Juniper, our growth journey has always been guided by a simple principle: grow with purpose and create value for the long term. Novotel Imagicaa represents the kind of asset we look for. It is an established hospitality property with scale, a strong destination proposition, and multiple demand generators.
Our upcoming developments will significantly expand the company’s scale. We remain focused on owning the ‘Right Assets’ in the right markets, large, capable of generating diversified revenue streams across rooms, F&B, MICE, serviced apartments, commercial spaces and other hospitality offerings. We intend to pursue this growth with capital discipline, strong internal cash generation and a healthy balance sheet, and selectively evaluate acquisition opportunities where we see a compelling strategic fit.”
Completion of the proposed acquisition pursuant to the MoU is subject to execution of definitive agreements, satisfaction of customary closing conditions, and receipt of any required statutory, regulatory, and other approvals.

The kitchen, led by Chef Eric Sifu, presents a menu featuring over 100 varieties of Asian tapas spanning sushi, dim sum, Nikkei-style dishes, and Peruvian ceviches.

Speaking about the launch, Ryan Tham and Keenan Tham, Founders of Pebble Street Hospitality, noted:
“Bengaluru has shown us a lot of love and has always been a city we have wanted to keep growing with, and opening our fourth restaurant in Essensai 067 felt like the right next step. We wanted the new space to feel familiar enough for people who already know FOO, but still give them something new to discover, particularly through the way the food, drinks, music, and space come together.”

Gurugram, September, 2026: ixigo, India’s leading AI-based travel platform, today announced the launch of Smart Lock, an industry-first, 'AI-powered feature that monitors eligible flight fares 24x7 in the background against a traveller’s target budget, helping them secure flights within their desired budget and enhancing peace of mind while booking flights.
Flight prices change frequently, often requiring travellers to revisit booking platforms several times in search of better fares. Smart Lock simplifies this process by simply asking users to share their travel preferences and desired budget, after which it monitors eligible flights in the background. Once it finds a matching fare, it locks the fare for four hours and notifies the user, giving them time to complete their booking. Smart Lock is currently available for domestic one-way flight bookings.
To activate Smart Lock, travellers can enter their destination, preferred travel dates and budget, and pay a Smart Lock Fee starting at just Rs. 99. Users can access Smart Lock by clicking on the ‘Your AI Agents’ section on the home screen of the ixigo Flights & Hotels app. If the Smart Lock agent is unable to find a flight matching the traveller’s preferences within their desired budget, the full Smart Lock Fee is credited back to their ixigo money account, which is 100% redeemable on future flight, hotel and bus bookings.
Speaking about the launch, Rajnish Kumar, Co-founder and Group Co-CEO, and Aloke Bajpai, Co-founder and Group CEO, ixigo, said, “Travellers often spend significant time checking the same route repeatedly, hoping that fares will fall before they rise again. With Smart Lock, we are shifting that effort from the traveller to AI agents. Users can simply tell us where they want to go, when they want to travel and how much they are comfortable spending. Our Smart Lock AI agent works autonomously in the background, continuously evaluating suitable options and proactively acting when it finds a relevant fare. This is another step towards building an AI-native Peace-of-Mind Travel App that does more than just search and book. It understands intent and works behind the scenes for our travellers to help them achieve the right outcome.”
Once activated, users can track their Smart Locks through the My Trips section of the ixigo Flights app. They get real-time visibility into the current fare, historical price movements, target price and search status. The Smart Lock agent works in the background, monitoring fares, comparing options across airlines and identifying flights that match the traveller’s preferences.
Unlike a conventional fare alert that only notifies users about a price change, or a conventional price lock product that locks a fare against future fluctuations, ixigo’s Smart Lock goes one step further by proactively hunting down fares within the traveller’s target budget and notifying the user to book instantly when a suitable fare is found.
The launch further strengthens ixigo’s growing suite of agentic AI products aimed at reducing uncertainty, protecting the downside, saving time and money, and bringing peace of mind to the traveller. By combining fare intelligence with personalised preferences and proactive action, Smart Lock makes flight booking simpler, more predictable and better aligned with every traveller’s budget.

There was a time when country clubs were defined by golf courses, tennis courts and traditional clubhouses. Today, leisure is evolving into something more holistic, with affluent Indians seeking spaces that bring together wellness, dining, recreation, hospitality and social experiences.
Modern private clubs are becoming lifestyle destinations where an entire day, or even a weekend, can unfold within one setting. Awas Country Club reflects this shift. Set within mature mango groves in Alibaug, the patrons-only club brings together residence-style living, wellness, recreation, dining and hospitality, extending Sun-n-Sand’s six-decade hospitality legacy.
Wellness and recreation sit at the heart of the experience, with treatment rooms, Himalayan salt therapy, a gym, yoga and Pilates studio, golf simulator, pickleball, padel and tennis. Dining at Drift, the multi-cuisine restaurant, is complemented by private dining, a freeform pool and spaces for entertainment including a private theatre, karaoke and games room.
The experience extends into three expansive five-bedroom villas, allowing patrons and their guests to stay within the estate and move seamlessly between relaxation, recreation and socialising.
Surrounded by landscaped greens, shaded pathways and mature mango groves, Awas offers a considered escape from the city. As leisure becomes increasingly experience-led, the modern country club is evolving into a private destination where wellness, hospitality, recreation and community come together.

From Ganesh Chaturthi through Diwali and the New Year, Hadō's crafted sodas move beyond the usual festive hamper, built on flavours drawn from Indian celebration itself - zero added sugar, 10g of prebiotic fibre and no artificial preservatives in every can.
In India, the festive season isn't a single day, it's a long season in itself, opening with the wedding season and carrying on through festivals like Diwali, Eid, Christmas and into the New Year, one gathering leading straight into the next. Hadō, the Indian soda brand built on Indian flavour memory rather than global trend, is positioning itself across that entire arc as both the gift that arrives at the door and the drink that shows up at the table once everyone's settled in.
The idea behind Hadō's festive gifting is fairly simple: not every festive gift needs to be another box of sweets.
A curated Hadō hamper offers a selection of crafted sodas that can be enjoyed straight from the can, served chilled when guests arrive, or shared around the table during a festive gathering. It's the kind of gift that feels easy, useful and genuinely enjoyable, while still carrying the thoughtfulness expected of a festive gesture.
As gifting habits evolve, people are increasingly looking for things that feel more personal and relevant to the person receiving them. Food and beverage hampers, in particular, are moving beyond the conventional assortment of sweets and dry fruits, making room for products that bring together taste, discovery and a sense of occasion.
That sense of occasion runs through the product itself. Rather than following the global flavour trends dominating the wider functional beverage category, Hadō built its range around the tastes already tied to Indian celebration, the flavours of Indian celebration, in a can. Lychee Rose echoes the rose and saffron sherbets of wedding season; Guava Chilli channels the citrus-and-spice hit of festival chaat and street-side snacking; Lemongrass Ginger offers a clean reset between gatherings; Pineapple Coconut brings the tropical, escapist note that shows up whenever a celebration turns into a holiday.
Every can remains built on the same foundation Hadō launched with: zero added sugar, sweetened with monk fruit, 10g of prebiotic fibre, and no artificial preservatives, independently tested through NABL-accredited laboratories.
For Hadō, the festive season isn't just about gifting. It's also about the moments around it, friends dropping in, family getting together, long lunches, spontaneous plans and tables that somehow always have room for one more person.
That's where Hadō fits naturally. Its crafted sodas are designed to be enjoyed as part of these everyday celebrations, whether paired with festive food or simply opened when everyone settles in for a conversation.
Founded by Stuti Srivastava, Hadō was developed over two years of experimentation to rethink the familiar Indian soda experience for a new generation. The brand brings together nostalgic soda cues with a more considered approach to ingredients and functionality — and has already found an audience: Hadō's first production run sold out within two months of launch, and the brand is now available across 90+ general and modern trade stores in Mumbai, including Foodhall and 7-Eleven.
This festive season, Hadō is simply offering another way to say I thought of you, with something refreshing, unexpected, and made to be enjoyed together.

BENGALURU, September 2026: Some journeys are marked by milestones; others are marked by the people who show up for them. As Oye Kake marks 15 years of its journey in Punjabi hospitality, Bengaluru has become one of its most meaningful chapters yet. When Oye Kake opened its doors on MG Road, the city responded with a warmth and love the brand hadn't quite anticipated queues, quiet regulars and a city that took to Asli Amritsari flavours as if they'd always belonged here. That response is what brings Oye Kake back, this time to RMZ Eco World, Bellandur, marking the brand's second address in the city and a milestone moment in its continued expansion.
Oye Kake Mumbai's much-loved, 100% vegetarian Amritsari brand, founded by Pankaj Gupta and Avinash Gupta under Flavour Pot Foods opens its Eco World outlet with the same spirit that has defined the brand since its beginning: Asli Amritsari food, the warmth of Punjabi hospitality, the joy of eating together and a deep, unmistakable sense of nostalgia. At Eco World, that spirit is reinterpreted for a new setting and a new generation of diners, without ever straying from what makes it Oye Kake.
This is not about reinventing Punjabi food. It is about celebrating it in a way that feels contemporary, immersive and distinctly Oye Kake. From the food to the space, every detail draws from familiar memories of Punjab: the street, the home kitchen, the langar, the khaat, the lassi, each given a fresh expression for Eco World.
At its heart, the philosophy remains unchanged: "Khaana sirf khaana nahi hunda, eh yaad hunda hai." (Food isn't just food. It's a memory.) And at Eco World, Oye Kake creates a few new ones.
Founder Pankaj Gupta shares, "15 years into this journey, opening a second restaurant in Bengaluru feels like a full-circle moment. We didn't expect the city to embrace us the way it did at MG Road, and honestly, that love is what brought us to Bellandur. When a city welcomes you the way this one has, you want to bring more of yourself to it. Eco World lets us do exactly that on a scale and setting we haven't been able to explore before, with a substantial outdoor experience, a raised private dining space and for the first time, a live Lassi Bar. It's our way of saying thank you to Bengaluru and giving the city an even bigger reason to fall in love with Oye Kake."
A Design Language That Keeps Evolving
Every Oye Kake location builds on a familiar visual language, but never repeats it. At Eco World, that language becomes more expansive than ever. For the first time, the Oye Kake experience extends well beyond the restaurant itself, moving into a substantial outdoor environment where the same sense of colour, texture and playfulness continues into the landscape.
The space is designed to feel layered and lived-in rather than overly constructed, bringing together handmade elements, cultural references and contemporary forms in a way that feels unmistakably Oye Kake. A raised private dining space overlooks the reflection pool, creating a quieter, more intimate setting within the energy of the restaurant. Familiar materials and references are reinterpreted rather than replicated, allowing guests to discover small connections throughout the space details that reference Punjab, but reveal themselves in unexpected ways.
The result is a space that feels familiar without being predictable, rooted without feeling traditional and contemporary without losing its cultural soul. After Hyderabad and MG Road, Eco World represents perhaps the most evolved expression of the Oye Kake design language yet bringing together craft and culture, nostalgia and irreverence, familiarity and surprise.
Introducing the Oye Kake Lassi Bar…Your Lassi, Your Way
Lassi has always been an essential part of the Oye Kake experience. At Eco World, that ritual goes a step further with the launch of the Oye Kake Lassi Bar, a one-of-a-kind live lassi station imagined with the easy charm of a Punjabi street cart.
Here, lassi becomes more than something you order. Guests can choose their flavour, build their combination and finish it with their choice of toppings, creating a lassi that is entirely their own, prepared live in front of them. It is a playful, interactive addition to the dining experience, a moment of participation, theatre and fun, while staying true to the generous, uncomplicated spirit of Oye Kake.
Pick your lassi. Pick your toppings. Make it yours. It is Oye Kake doing what it has always done best: taking something deeply familiar and giving it a little more personality.
Asli Amritsari, Now at Eco World
The Eco World menu carries forward everything Bengaluru has come to love about Oye Kake 100% vegetarian Amritsari food built on the three pillars of Punjab's food culture: the langar, the street and the home kitchen. From tandoor-fresh kulchas and the beloved Amritsari Chaat Gali to slow-cooked dals, rich Punjabi gravies and the signature Kulhad Malai Lassi, the menu stays true to time-honoured recipes and Amritsari-trained craft, now set within Oye Kake's most immersive space yet.

Marking a significant milestone in India’s travel and tourism landscape, Red Hat Communications, an initiative by Jyoti Mayal, successfully hosted the 9th edition of the WION ICONIC Tourism Summit 2026, in association with Zee Network and VFS Global, on 23 September 2026 at ITC Maurya, New Delhi. The summit was graced by the presence of Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Union Minister of Culture & Tourism, as Chief Guest, and Shri Kapil Mishra, Cabinet Minister, Government of Delhi, as Guest of Honour.
Over the years, ICONIC has evolved into a prominent platform bringing together leading voices from travel, tourism, aviation, hospitality, government and allied sectors to exchange ideas, address emerging challenges and explore new opportunities for the industry.
The landmark 9th edition was held under the broader theme “Reinventing Tourism: Where Technology, AI and Sustainability Are Shaping the Future of Travel,” reflecting the rapidly changing dynamics of the global tourism ecosystem. The summit focused on the forces shaping the next decade of travel, including digital transformation, artificial intelligence, aviation expansion, sustainable tourism, evolving traveller expectations, destination readiness and the need for a future-ready workforce.
Over the years, ICONIC has provided a common platform for industry leaders, policymakers, diplomats, hospitality professionals, aviation experts and tourism stakeholders to engage in meaningful conversations around the changing face of travel. The 9th edition built on this legacy by bringing together influential voices to discuss how the sector can remain resilient, innovative and globally competitive in an increasingly technology-driven environment.
Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Union Minister of Culture & Tourism, addressed the summit, adding, “Tourism will play an increasingly important role in India’s growth story, and our approach has always been rooted in the timeless values of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam and Atithi Devo Bhava. The growth of tourism goes far beyond architecture or amenities. It depends on a complete ecosystem where infrastructure, connectivity, hospitality, food and beverage, technology, local communities and travel enablers work together to create a meaningful experience for visitors.
Tourism is becoming increasingly decentralised, which presents a tremendous opportunity for a diverse country like India. Technology and social media are opening up destinations that were earlier less visible, while AI, AR and VR can help travellers curate experiences and discover destinations in new ways. Yet technology can only enable the journey; it can never replace the human touch. Travel agents, tour operators and other travel enablers continue to play an important role in shaping the overall visitor experience.
Indian hospitality has always been one of our greatest strengths, and we must continue to raise the bar. In the age of social media, a visitor’s experience can travel faster than anything else, and a poor experience can influence the perception of an entire destination. This makes it essential for all stakeholders to work together on quality, safety, infrastructure and connectivity. India offers immense possibilities for unparalleled travel experiences because of its extraordinary diversity, and our collective responsibility is to build an ecosystem that allows these experiences to flourish.”
Shri Kapil Mishra, Minister of Labour, Delhi, sharing his insights, added, “It is a privilege to be part of ICONIC Summit 2026 and to engage with stakeholders who share a common vision for the growth of tourism. We all have a role to play in taking tourism forward in the national capital as well as across India. Delhi and the NCR region have immense potential, and we are undertaking several measures to strengthen tourism infrastructure, architecture and visitor experiences across the capital and its surrounding areas. At the same time, making Delhi a leading tourism hub will require greater participation from the private sector, with investments and partnerships that can help strengthen infrastructure, develop new tourism experiences and create more opportunities for visitors.
Technology, artificial intelligence and social media are opening up new possibilities for tourism and can significantly expand the way destinations are discovered and experienced. At the same time, the impact we create will ultimately depend on how effectively all stakeholders come together and translate these opportunities into meaningful action. Stronger public-private partnerships can play an important role in bringing together government vision, industry expertise and private investment to build a more vibrant and competitive tourism ecosystem for Delhi. Government, industry, tourism professionals and citizens must work collectively to build an ecosystem that supports sustainable growth and creates a stronger tourism experience.
I invite stakeholders from across the industry and everyone working towards the larger interests of the nation to come forward, collaborate and contribute their ideas towards strengthening tourism in Delhi and across India. I also extend my appreciation to Hon’ble Union Minister of Tourism Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat ji for his continued efforts and passion towards taking Indian tourism forward. Together, we can build further on the vision of the Government and Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji and strengthen tourism as an important contributor to India’s growth and prosperity.”
Addressing the summit as a keynote speaker, Ms. Jyoti Mayal, Chairperson, Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council (THSC) and CEO, Red Hat Communications, highlighted that tourism today is much more than travel; it is an ecosystem that connects infrastructure, technology, hospitality, culture, entrepreneurship and communities. India has a tremendous opportunity to build tourism experiences rooted in its local identity while creating livelihoods and economic opportunities for the communities that host them. This will require stronger collaboration between government, industry, investors and local stakeholders, alongside greater focus on skilling and digital readiness. As AI and technology reshape the traveller journey, we must ensure that innovation continues to complement the human touch that lies at the heart of hospitality. The future of Indian tourism will be shaped not just by the number of visitors we attract, but by the opportunities we create for communities, entrepreneurs and the people who make these experiences possible.
The 9th edition brought together several prominent industry leaders, including Tribhuvan Darbari, Chairman, BIMSTEC Business Council Secretariat, India; Mr. K.B. Kachru, Chairman Emeritus & Principal Advisor, South Asia, Radisson Hotel Group; Ravi Nandan Sinha, Director, Strategic Investments & Economic Partnerships, MSME Business Forum India; Saurabh Tiwari, Vice President – Middle East, Maldives & Sri Lanka, IHCL (Taj Dubai); Vikram Lalvani, MD & CEO, Sterling Holiday Resorts; Manish Puri, Head of Global Sales, Air India Limited & Air India Express; Ahmed Hamed Sharbak, Regional Manager (APAC), Visit Qatar; Kamal Munasinghe, Senior VP, Colombo Hotels, Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts and General Manager, Cinnamon Life; Anil Parashar, Executive Director, ITQ Technologies Pvt. Their participation reinforced the growing importance of international partnerships in strengthening inbound tourism, outbound travel and cross-border collaboration.
Speaking on the successful completion of the 9th edition, Ms. Jyoti Mayal, visionary behind the ICONIC platform and Chairperson, Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council (THSC), said: “Today, marking the 9th edition of ICONIC is a deeply meaningful milestone. Over the years, the platform has grown into a space where leaders across sectors can come together, exchange perspectives and collectively shape the future of travel and tourism. The industry has undergone tremendous transformation, with technology, AI, sustainability and evolving traveller expectations reshaping the way tourism is experienced. As we look ahead, the opportunity lies in building a more connected and inclusive tourism ecosystem—one that brings together government, industry, investors, technology partners and local communities. Collaboration, innovation and skilling will be central to ensuring that tourism growth creates stronger destinations, new opportunities and meaningful livelihoods. I am grateful to all the industry leaders, policymakers, diplomats and partners who have been part of the ICONIC journey and contributed to making it a meaningful platform for the industry.”
The 9th edition of WION ICONIC Tourism Summit 2026 concluded with a renewed focus on collaboration, innovation and future-readiness, while celebrating a decade of conversations, connections and ideas that have contributed to the evolving narrative of India’s travel and tourism industry.

Ultra-luxurious resort in Krabi named as one of only six MICHELIN 3-Key hotels in Thailand
Krabi, Thailand: September 2026 – Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, the ultra-luxurious seafront sanctuary in Southern Thailand’s Krabi province, is delighted and deeply honored to have been awarded three MICHELIN Keys – the highest level of excellence in the prestigious MICHELIN Guide – for the third consecutive year. This makes it the only property in Krabi, and one of just six hotels and resorts in Thailand, to achieve this distinction.
MICHELIN Keys are awarded after countless hours of evaluations by the expert team of MICHELIN Inspectors. Having undergone these rigorous reviews, the MICHELIN Guide 2026 judged that Phulay Bay was “one of the most luxurious resorts anywhere”.
“What sets it... apart from the norm is its exquisite tastefulness, from the traditional-style welcome pavilion to the thoughtfully localized interiors of the hotel’s villas and pavilions, which all open onto ocean views and come with 24-hour butler service as standard,” the MICHELIN Guide states.
It went on to praise Phulay Bay’s “extravagant spa, stunning infinity pool… and restaurants that serve everything from fresh seafood and Thai favorites to elevated Mediterranean classics”.
Nestled directly on the pure shores of Thailand’s Andaman coast, overlooking the island-studded seascape, Phulay Bay transports guests away from their daily lives and into a world of wonder. Whether travelers want to uncover the secrets of Krabi with immersive day trips and excursions, or unwind in luxurious serenity at The Spa at Phulay Bay and sea-facing infinity pool, everything is possible. Exceptional gastronomy can be savored at a choice of restaurants and precious moments can be created with private dining experiences under the stars.
Naturally, couples and families who crave privacy can simply connect in their spacious suite or pool villa, all of which are blessed with traditional Thai design, state-of-the-art amenities and outdoor spaces that blur the boundaries with the tropical surroundings.
The resort’s third consecutive MICHELIN 3-Key rating is not only a testament to the quality of Phulay Bay’s facilities, however; it is a reflection of the personalized service that underpins every guest journey. At the heart and soul of the resort is a team of Ladies and Gentlemen – including the dedicated Reserve Hosts – who take pride in delivering genuine Southern Thai hospitality and showcasing the authentic essence of the destination.
“We are absolutely thrilled to have been awarded three MICHELIN Keys for the third consecutive year. I would like to pay tribute to our wonderful Ladies and Gentlemen, who work tirelessly to ensure that every guest who walks through our doors enjoys a truly unique experience, all deeply rooted in Southern Thailand’s cultural charm and heritage. We look forward to introducing even more of our distinguished global clientele to the wonders of Krabi,” said Ruby Garcia, General Manager, Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve.

(New Delhi, September 2026) From 26th September to 4th October 2026, Grappa at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi invites the capital to experience Oktoberfest, bringing together an enticing selection of beers, German culinary favourites and live entertainment. Drawing on Munich’s long-standing beer culture, the occasion pairs German brews and regional specialities with music for an evening of food, drinks and convivial company.
Rooted in the tradition of hearty German fare, generous pours and shared tables, Oktoberfest has evolved into a celebration enjoyed far beyond its Bavarian origins. At Grappa, this spirit comes alive through an experience that brings together the warmth of German dining and the considered hospitality of Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, creating an occasion designed for both leisurely gatherings and spirited evenings.
Complementing the celebration is a selection of draught beers, beer buckets and specially curated beer packages, allowing guests to settle into the evening at their own pace.
The culinary repertoire also moves between vegetarian and non-vegetarian favourites. Guests can discover baked spätzle with garlic and parsley bread, crunchy asparagus with fermented red cabbage and yuzu lemon hollandaise, mushroom strudel with goat cheese and balsamic reduction, and the classic pretzel with honey mustard sauce and mixed green salad. The non-vegetarian selection combines Nuremberg BBQ sausage with sauerkraut and chicken schnitzel with caper mayonnaise and rosemary jus, while an indulgent platter presents assorted sausages, sauerkraut, grilled asparagus, zucchini, Pommery mustard and baby potatoes. Each dish adds a different dimension to the celebration, inviting guests to discover the depth and versatility of German flavours.
The experience extends beyond the table, with Grappa taking on an Oktoberfest-inspired ambience accompanied by German beats and DJ-led music, bringing an animated rhythm to the bar while retaining its upscale character.
